This Moes is under new ownership and they have completely revamped the store! David helped me today and he was so friendly! Everything looks extremely fresh, the store is clean, and the food is yummy! I highly recommend this location and if you had a bad experience in the past (previous ownership), definitely give this location another chance! 10/10!

I really really am disappointed in this place. My husband and I have been coming here for years and it’s just gone downhill. I placed an online order around 6pm and didn’t get my order until 7pm. I felt bad for the guy making my food but I was the only one in there and waited almost an hour to get my order. They didn’t have any sauces out and I ordered a cup of queso and guacamole and he said he didn’t have any chips made so he wasn’t going give me any until I asked how I was supposed to eat my queso. He said he could make me some but really?? I mean the guy was so nice but nothing was prepared. I don’t think we’ll be returning.

One of the employees on break insisted that he make HIS lunch 1st to get out of the way. And then he made his food with no gloves. I only ordered because my food was veggie and the young man serving me had just brought out fresh items. Otherwise, I would have left.

Came in on my lunch break and the guys with the tattoos on his neck was extremely rude and disrespectful. Told him I would wait for fresh rice and he said that all the rice there would be. After visiting this location around 7pm last night, my boyfriend was in the ER the same night with a terrible case of food poisoning. I got the white meat chicken and he got the dark meat chicken. We probably should have known by the way the food looked (like it had been sitting out all day) that it was going to be bad. BEWARE OF THIS MOES. I would not wish what my boyfriend is going through on my worst enemy- food poisoning is no joke. Please use caution when entering this Moes and only visit during popular times when you can ensure the food has been cooked fresh. I am appalled that this happened and we will not be visiting this location ever again. Please be careful

As a long-term Moe’s fan, this was not a good experience. First, two employees were sitting outside as we entered and no one was behind the counter. After waiting a minute or so, someone finally emerged from the back as the outside employees came back inside. Ok, no harm done. The problem began when there was an empty Kaiser sauce bowl and an empty sweet tea vessel. That just cannot fly. The floor was not clean and neither were the tables. Since my wife and I were the only patrons in the joint, it was just not a good all around experience. It feels like the employees are just hanging out there and not working for their pay.
