This restaurant is disgusting. It’s always dirty. The people here are rude. The bathrooms are nasty. The thing that makes me most mad is the attitude that all the employees have. They always have ear buds in and never listen to what you have to say. They never use gloves. I highly recommend going to a different Moe’s because this one is just awful. Don’t even get me started on how lazy the employees are they never clean the table or sweep the floors. THERES EVEN A HOLE IN THE FLOOR it’s not a drain just a literal hole.

Moe Delivers
One door is locked while the unlocked one is hard to pull(unsafe for elderly). They literally rush you on the line even when it’s not busy. They guy with the hat specifically. I think he should just stay in the back. No one needs that negative energy. High tables near the register are sticky with debris all over. I don’t think they wipe the tables at all. The bathroom is disgusting didn’t use it or even attempt to wash my hands. Initially I was going to dine in but after I left the restroom I had to get a to go cover and leave. The food is up to Moe’s standards but almost everything else isn’t. Hamilton mill is in need of a chipotle location badly. This is unacceptable and the service is poor.

This Moe’s is located in Hamilton Creek, Dacula. This is the closest Moe’s to me after the one in Buford, so I decided to come here for lunch. Since I had a promo code in my phone I decided to order online and avoid the line inside.

Go to another location. Very inattentive. Kept having a side conversation during our entire order. Did not listen to what we wanted. One gentleman did well. He rang us up got the chips and the queso and was very polite while the other was on her phone and I watched her rub her nose and go right back to whatever she was doing. Not the cleanest as well.

The food was good. But the service was meh. And it was DISGUSTING in the dining room. Trash on the floor everywhere, dirty tables everywhere. When they had no customers they would sit down and get on their phone, instead of cleaning up. I felt super sick after we ate here.

If the Moe’s in Buford didn’t close earlier, I would never come here. This place always has the WORST customer service. If you even ask them a question, they are so disrespectful and it’s always so dirty. The salsa is never full and if you come anywhere around 8 they won’t refill it for you. I swear I wonder if the owner or big boss ever comes here because this places needs new staff and management. This is all so sad because it’s closer to my house and open later but it has to be the WORST Moe’s around!! Food wasn’t cooked all the way either & the hispanic girl who never has a good attitude or uniform on either at the cash register, just looks at you like your dumb. Also if you walk in at 7 when they close at 9, you probably won’t get salsa and they will already be cleaning and flipping tables. i’m so mad because I love Moe’s and I wish I could speak with their manager.
