I ordered through the app and my order never arrived. When I called the store I was told they don’t deliver. However the app gave the option to pick up it deliver. The manager was no help. She said come pick it up. Ummm I’m at work that was the point in having it delivered. They basically stole my money!!

I love visiting this Moe’s on my lunch break. The food is great but the best part is Positive Pete! He makes you smile from the second you walk in and takes the time to make every customer feel like family. I was discouraged to see another coworker (manager I suppose) quiet him down, it was really a shame as he brought the mood up for everyone! Stay Positive Pete!

I placed an online order for pick up around 8:30 pm so I could quickly grab it on my way home from work. I arrived 10 minutes before they closed to pick up my order and the door was already locked. One of the employees let me in only for me to find out that my order had not been made yet. The employee offered to make it for me but then proceeded to make me the incorrect item twice. I ended up with a burrito that’s less expensive than the stack I ordered online. The people who worked there were friendly but it was not the experience I was wanting.

Dont do it. Placed an order at 11, got there at 12 and the store was closed for catering orders. He didnt even acknowledge me and it took a door dasher banging on the door for him to look at me. He opens the door 30 minutes later and my food isnt even done. So i wait while people who arrived after me get their food BEFORE me. Got my order and if i didnt chec the bag, it would have been wrong. Save your time and go to another location.

We hosted a small luncheon and had this store cater our event. It could not have gone more perfect! Everything was fresh and tasted great. The Manager herself delivered it to us and completely went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely be ordering from here on a regular basis.

I use to Love Moe’s! What makes them better than the rest, Friendliness, and FREE CHIPS! And Free Guac on Burritos and Bowls. Unfortunately, I’ve never once been able to use a promotional coupon/email. F Moe’s ! I’ll be eating at Chipotle from now on.. I tried this Moe’s again today, 2 ppl making food at 12:20pm on a Wednesday. Then after a 25 minute wait to get my order, the register/card reader stopped working,, 10 more minutes I left, went to Chipotle and Paid the exact same way I couldn’t pay at Moe’s. I don’t get this location or the management. They should have just given me the Burrito I waited 40 minutes for but wasn’t able to pay for Because their chip reader was updating and didn’t work. So Sick of this Moe’s.
