i love Moes so not trying to make a bad review BUT this moes is closed tuesday, wednesday and thursday now? it says open on google so i drove here for lunch today and was super disappointed to see this sign on the door (i also watched 3 other people drive up and leave once they realized) just wanted to add this review to let people know so they dont make the same mistake i did 🙁

We were lucky enough to beat the lunch crowd. They were ready to put our order together, and they are fast. I had the Homewrecker burrito and my husband had the Homewrecker bowl. Both were great and you get to customize it as they build it. I recommend Moe’s in Roswell.

Update: This location continues to ooze incompetence. We arrived 20 minutes before closing. They had no chicken and no rice. These are their staple foods. They weren’t even apologetic about it. I guess they just assume we understand how lazy and incompetent they are. Also, the workers there often look like they just finished a pickup basketball game…dirty and unkempt. Not very appetizing.

Epic fail today Moe’s. I used the kiosk and 3 out of 4 orders were wrong. I don’t blame the staff because I can see from the ticket how they might be confused. For every base item (beans, rice) we unselected from the screen, it showed for example “beans, no beans ” Well, we got beans and everything else we unselected.

Stopped in for lunch with my kids, and I was disappointed in the kids lunch portion. The picture showcases a “Moo Moo Mr Cow” I purchased for my daughter. I included my iPhone SE to give context on the size of the burrito. It’s simply inexcusable to sell a customer a kid’s burrito in this size.

There was a dude who read my mind. Like. He treated me like an olive garden person would treat me. Look me dead in the eye and poured the sour cream on my meal and asked. “Tell me when to stop” Nobody has ever done that. That man deserves a raise. Everyone is always so frugal with sour cream and cheese. But he gave me the extras that I wanted. Again. Give that man a raise and a cookie.
