The people who worked here absolutely great. Friendly, payed attention and gave great portions for the burrito bowl. But the food tasted absolutely awful. I didn’t even finish my food because it didn’t taste appetizing at all. Chips tasted old, the steak didn’t taste great either. Something was off with the taste of the rice as well. I probably won’t be coming back to this location.

Food was incorrectly made and when I called I was made feel as if it was my fault. I ordered a burrito meal online and when I got back to the office to enjoy. It was not wrapped like a burrito and all of the contents fell onto my desk causing me not to even eat. Please train for customer service, the employee argued with me over the phone saying it was my fault due to selecting too many toppings. I had 4.

This mows is in the same plaza as Walmart on Mansell road….moes has pretty good and at this location the service is generally pretty fast and good. When I get went in there were not too many people in the store but it was adequately staffed and got in and out quickly….all in all a pretty good experience

I love Moe’s, but this one let me down. Very flavorless food, staff was nice however overcharged and gave me the wrong order after I made sure to inform them. I will go back in a month to see if this has improved, but otherwise, pretty poor experience.

I frequent this Moe’s because it’s close to my job & the food is always consistent, but the owners alone are the reason for my 5-star review. They are the NICEST people! Always happy and personable! They rarely make mistakes on my order & if they do, they’re quick to rectify it. He’s even offered me a free soda a few times just because. Fantastic!
