Wow. I rarely come to Moe’s. Chipotle is my go to because they have better service. I should’ve knew this was going to be bad when no one said “Welcome to Moe’s “. The young lady acted as if she didn’t want to serve. I don’t expect service with a smile, but I don’t want to be treated as I’m an annoyance. I’m the only one in the restaurant at 11am beating the lunch rush. She acted funny when I asked for queso. Moe’s is known for their Queso and Ms Lady was being hellas stingy. C’mon ma’am, hook me up with the Qieso. They use the smallest scoop to add items into the burrito bowl. The dark meat chicken is dry. I recommend getting a drink. The rice, corn, sauteed onions with peppers, and queso was the saving grace for this review. They quadruple charged me for queso when all I assked was for a smidget more of queso. CHIPOTLE is the BETTER option for a reason. Dayamn Moe’s, today was not your day today. I will revisit in 2024. Hopefully the Conyers Ga-20 Location get it together by then.

I’m not here to speak on customer service because that was excellent. I’m here to touch on how horrible the food was. First the chips were stale. Second the food was awful! Chicken taste burnt, steak was horrible. My two bowls that were purchased were just a waste of money. I’m definitely disappointed

This is the worst Moe’s we’ve ever been to. Extremely dirty. We should’ve known when walking in the building, there was tons of trash on the ground surrounding the door that no one bothered to pick up. Food tasted fine but not worth it. As we were leaving, one of the employees wiped his nose with his gloves and didn’t change them after. Very gross and dirty, would not recommend.

Came in and was told “we’re not taking anymore orders. Our system is down so I have to lock this door.” I was at another location yesterday in Fayetteville and the same thing happened. Very confused but I won’t be patronizing Moe’s anymore as the customer service levels have greatly declined.

The food is always good even when they dont have everything. I love the music. Some days are better than others with the service just depends on how many people are working but they are always amazing. They alao have vegan options and that is just as well prepared as everything else. 10/10

Every time I order delivery they miss something. The last time they missed my cup of queso. This time they missed the chips to all of my items, my drink and my side of queso. Their phone doesn’t work so I had to drive to the location to get my missing items. When I got there the food station was so dirty that it looked like there had been a food fight. They blamed my missing items on the door dasher saying they are always impatient…but they should be checking to make sure all items are present before the dasher leaves.

App gps routed order to wrong store instead of the one selected and I’ve been calling non stop for a refund since It was placed. The store refuses to answer the phone, guest services is absolutely no help at all. In essence if the store manager does not deem it necessary to refund my order that was never received it’s just oh well. It’s been 4 days and I still haven’t received a call back and I’ve left multiple messages as well filed a complaint with guest services. This has to be the worst customer service ever and they are stealing since they refuse to refund my order. Do not go here if you want good service or expect to actually receive your food. The app is a joke and since it rerouted my order 2x my birthday reward is gone on top of spending more money than I should at Moe’s.

This was the first time I’ve visited this location & the customer service was ridiculously bad. The lady at the front fixing the food was rude & acted as if it was an issue that we asked for 2 tortillas just to end up getting one. & the one we got she just threw it across to the cashier. Like if you don’t want to do the job then don’t come to work, if you’re having a bad day ask to take a break so you can recoup but don’t just be rude & off putting to customers.
