Horrible if I could give this location no stars i would. I had 2 bad experiences at this location. The rice is always hard and over cooked and the food never taste fresh, the service is horrible and the staff don’t listen and barely know English, the staff doesn’t know the ingredients for the orders I had to read out all the ingredients for my order both times I visited and they served me partial of a portion for each topping with a teaspoon and when I ask for a regular portion amount they over charged me for extra toppings and all they did was sit back and laugh this place needs new management in the mean time I’ll continue going to the Fayetteville location where the food is always fresh and the customer service is great

Chips stale missing common food items to make your order salsa on bar tasted fermented food not hot had to rebuild burrito when sat down cashier keep kicking my rewards out to make me start over the kept the part of receipt to tell Moe’s how they are doing. One of the worst Moe’s I’ve ever been to. Coke machine not functioning correctly. Then when I get done see the employees counting cash out of their wallets laying on top of the tortilla bags where you order.

My family and I have eaten at this location many times but, based on yesterday’s experience, it will be very difficult to do so in the future. I placed the order via the drive thru selection board…one Stack with adobo chicken, seasoned rice, black beans, lettuce, queso, AND poblano crema on the side). Admittedly, I forgot to check the bag…arrived home to discover there was no crema, but not a huge deal. The stack on the other hand was awful…no need for specifics, it was the worst stack I’ve eaten from any Moe’s location. I called to speak with a manager (told he wasn’t there but I could try to call him “tomorrow”). Although the young lady was nice, there was no apology and no inkling of concern. Very disappointed!!

I get it its the weekend and everyone wants to hit the streets but closing 30 minutes before time with no reasonable explanation is unacceptable. They really have become the final option, they consistently push business to the Chipotle across the street for a number of reasons service being one.

Worst Moe’s ever. Customer service subpar. You will get better food and customer service at McDonald’s or Taco Bell than here. The steak tasted weird and chewy. The burrito tasted MUCH different than usual and I always get the same thing.I ordered on the app and it said order would be ready at 5:11. Was not done until 20 minutes past that and we had to keep asking about our order because they just kept forgetting about us I guess. The chips were extremely stale. My burrito also didn’t have any sauce on it like requested. If they were out they could’ve at least told me. Won’t be coming back.

Terrible! The Man taking my order was rude and rushed me through my selection process as if I was getting on his nerves. The portions were miniscule and the final product tasted terrible. I’ve been a long time customer of Moe’s but will NEVER return to this location!

The ladies that work here were very insulting to me. I ordered a side of queso with my rice bowls and they did not include it in my order. My son and I literally went back and forth with them four times before they gave it to us. It’s just ridiculous and very poor customer service.
