This location went downhill quickly after opening. Portion sizes decreased, orders don’t always include everything they should, pick-up orders sometimes aren’t even started until after the time it’s supposed to be ready. We have started avoiding this location but decided to give it another chance earlier this week. My bowl was supposed to have guacamole and roasted corn salsa; it contained plain mashed avocado and plain corn. They aren’t even completing the ingredients offered to make an order correct anymore!

I have ordered from this location several times. The restaurant is always clean and so are the restrooms. I am always satisfied with the taste and quality of my food. My only complaint is training the employees on how to properly apply and use the Moe’s rewards program. They always have the hardest time applying rewards or coupons that have been loaded onto my account

I ordered a burrito and a burrito bowl. When I went to eat the food, there was a foul smell. I don’t know if it was beans or the meat or rice but judging by how the lettuce looks, the food was not fresh. Even the chips were stale. Slow service.

Aries made this experience absolutely wonderful! It was extremely chaotic behind the countertop and he was the only one with a friendly smile made sure to take care of customers! He helped 4 customers all at once and had superb customer service! This man seriously deserves a raise and a promotion expeditiously! If Aries didn’t work here, I wouldn’t be inclined to come back!

Food was ready on time, and prepared perfectly. The staff was busy with other people and other tasks, but was still able to find a moment to greet us and make sure we had everything we needed. Salsa was fresh, and all the varieties were available. Already looking forward to our next visit.
