Ordered online and it took almost an hour to get our food and more than half of our stuff was wrong. Ordered 2 salads that were shamefully small. Normally like Moe’s but will never order online here again.

We ordered their taco box through my daughter’s school as a fundraiser and absolutely loved it. The staff was super friendly and everyone enjoyed fixing their own taco creations. It says the box feeds 4, but our family of 4 always has leftovers. We’ve really enjoyed it.

We had not been here for dine-in in probably one year; lunch line for a Sunday was not bad and moved quickly; we placed our orders and watched being made; servers were courteous. We found a booth with no wait; the drink fountain and salsa bar were stocked and clean; food and salsa were all fresh tasting; we enjoyed our lunch and would come back.

Second attempt at Moe’s. This experience was a little better than before as far as food was concerned. They lose a star because we originally tried to place the order through the app and then online with no success. They lose another star because free chips and salsa is supposed to be included with my meal but the only gave me chips, no salsa. Don’t expect much here. This is the fast food of Mexican fare. Large portions, quick and cheap. The home wrecker burrito was good a good choice, so were the nachos.

I came on Wed last week and they truly brought the Moes energy!! Everyone was so nice and cheerful! They made me smile, and even cracked a few jokes, all while training and still being professional, it was a great experience.

I’m not one to come on here and say anything, BUT when you have the experience like I did tonight it’s hard not to. Long story short I started off at Chipotle, there was a line out the door and the drive thru. You could hear the employees hiding in the back laughing. The food and drinks were completely un-stocked and empty. When they came out from the back, they were so unprofessional and it was enough for me to leave. I headed over to Moe’s right next door and I was met with a clean store, stocked food, smiles, and professionalism. The Moe’s manager and team were kind from the start, let me try samples, and each employee were personable to every single customer in the store and this was all before I even told them how poor my experience at chipotle was. The Moe’s manager and team are great examples of fantastic customer service and professionalism.

Moe’s looks very clean and tidy. I got a couple of tacos from here. They came with chips without salsa or queso. Like many other places, Moe’s charges extra for guacamole. Their tacos are authentic style in size, but taste like American tacos – essentially they are American tacos in a smaller portion. I did appreciate how each individual taco was wrapped, it made the food significantly less messy. Staff got a little confused about how to charge us for what we ordered, but this was during lunchtime and it was a simple miscommunication, which the staff fixed quickly.

We pulled up at the last min, but the manager assured us they were still open and to come on in. I to be “those people” but they guys working behind the counter were cool and helped make us the best burritos.
