I got the nachoes. They don’t fill out the container. I got half a scoop of meat only to be charged for asking for more meat…! The chips were put in this tiny bag for kids. So I didn’t even get a full meal when i paid for a full meal. Is this a 5 star Michelin restaurant!? I’m not going back to this one.

I placed an order online. When the food arrived it was still hot. When I tell you it was awesome. They put the right amount of everything on it. I love cilantros and I could taste it in every bite. Nothing overpowered anything. The presentation was great. Thank you Moe’s. I enjoyed my meal.

Visited tonight 4/10/23. Definitely a miss tonight only two young kids working. They were extremely busy and overwhelmed. They definitely needed help and we’re doing the best they could. They were almost out of chips and what chips they had tasted like the poured the salt on and had no time to mix it up. The food was cold. My son’s burrito was a full size adult meal and it came the size of a kid’s burrito. Definitely disappointed in family dinner tonight.

STAY AWAY! Save your time and money, if I could give zero stars I would. Placed a online order at 5:58pm, picked the order up only to get home and realized they messed up the order. Called the store to see if my order could be remade, the entire time I’m trying to explain what’s wrong the worker just keeps asking me what protein is missing over and over again. Which was a waste of five minutes. Go all the way back to store only to be inconvenienced more. They don’t do refunds and I had to wait another hour for my food to be remade. Amateur hour is what Moe’s represented tonight never again. My guacamole was old, didn’t even eat it just scooped it in the trash and steak not cooked all the way.

Second time ordering from this place. This location just isn’t good to me. I normally go to the one in Morrow Georgia and they even seem more upbeat and friendly. Since this pandemic I’ve truly been more critical of my reviews because we have been sitting in the house for over a year and when you go somewhere you expect to have good service and good quality food. My chips were stale! I thought they made fresh chips everyday, don’t they?! When I was leaving I noticed that the health score was 89 B. Didn’t get a chance to look at the reasons why… Just a disappointing experience.
