So the food was great, service and atmosphere I give a 1 star because of the fact that you can’t get anyone to answer the phone. No matter if you are catering or need to talk to someone period. I will place some of the blame on uber eats. The option for extra sauce….or salsa…should be an option. It is not. However you can’t call and ask for any help with this since you literally can not get anyone to answer a phone.

Horrible experience. I walked in and was greeted by a blank stare from a short old man (owner-purple shirt) instead of asking me how he could help me he started screaming and a woman who walked in the restaurant after I did, I’m assuming she was an employee? The poor lady in the red top had to come from the back just to help me. To top everything off there was no other customers in the restaurant, as I’m walking out of the restaurant he walks out ahead of me and lets the door slam in my face without saying a word. Then proceeds to find the girl he screamed at earlier who was standing outside making a phone call, very evil man. Spend your money somewhere else please!

Worst customer service ever! Tried to place an order online AND in the app multiple times but kept getting error message. Called to place order over the phone so that we could pick up when ready. Hung up on the first time. Called back, transferred to someone other than who answered the call and then rudely told “you just need to Come in and order it and wait.” We work at the hospital across the street, are on the clock and wanted it to be ready prior to walking over and therefore forfeiting our entire break. Will never try to order from here again.
