Walked in and the place was empty, no welcome from the staff or anything. Their portions are super small so you don’t get what you pay for. The tables are dirty and definitely need to be cleaned regularly. I would try another Moe’s if I were you.

So the people working were friendly enough but the restaurant was filthy. It seemed like there were days worth of chips under all the tables, cardboard boxes and old frames on one of the booths, and I restocked the bathroom myself with TP because all the supplies were just around. We think the owners were working so it’s likely a staffing issue but I feel like food prep should take a second priority to cleanliness.

Had to wait an extra 10 min for my order but, to be fair, there was only one person working the counter at the time. The manager was doing something out the back so can’t really blame him. When the manager got back in, I got my order quickly. They were all very nice.

I usually love a Moe’s bowl. This is the first time ordering one from this location on Chamblee Tucker Rd / Emby Hills- uugghh !! It was surprisingly subpar to the location I love on High Howell Rd( always predictably delicious). Vegetables not diced, chicken was barely noticeable and very scarce, the preferred ingredients were not adhered to, the black beans were watery, made two separate orders but the salsas and chips were ALL placed in ONE big brown bag and I had to separate it myself by dividing some in the plastic bag and leaving the rest in the brown bag, … it was a completely aweful mess! That was very disappointing!! I will not return to that location again. Even though my usual location is 20 minutes about of the way for me now that I have moved, I would GLADLY go there to get my Moe’s knowing that I don’t have to be concerned about the quality, quantity, and satisfaction I enjoy.

It’s been a long time since I’ve eaten at Moe’s. Saw it on DoorDash and I thought I’d give it a try again. Ordered the “Home Wrecker Bowl” with the Chips & Salsa, and a couple cookies. The order arrived quickly, complete and correct, and packaged well for delivery.

The low score comes not from the food (which was in fact mediocre) but how the staff handled a situation. A girl left her daughter at my table while I was eating and walked away to the line to order her and her guy’s food. When I said something to her, she was extremely rude and then complained in Spanish to the staff who were Hispanic as she was. They sided with her and were then rude to me as well. I will never visit here again. This place would get 0 stars if that were possible.

They mess up my order every single time. I tried again after 2 years to give them a chance. This has been 5 visits over the last 7 years because it’s the closest one to my work, so I try to give them a chance. Every single time my order is wrong, and it’s not even an online order.
