Placed an online pickup order and arrived, and it wasn’t even made. Staff were slow, and I stood near the cash register for a minimum of two minutes before my presence was even acknowledged. Three customers walked in behind me, and their meals were made prior to mine. I ordered guacamole and got a chunk of avocado, and little of it was mixed properly. Store wasn’t busy at all, this crew needs to up their hospitality training.

I could eat here almost everyday!!!! The place is clean and I’m always welcomed. The veggie bowl is a bit pricey because they don’t give you enough as far as portion sizes…. I prefer the nachos because it come with the queso cheese (with the bowl it’s an extra $1) they have many options to add on your stuff. Love this place..

Service was friendly and fast. Food tasted great. The person who prepared my son’s burrito struggled to close the small shell. During that process, the filling (with queso) got all over the foil it was wrapped in. So when I tried to unwrap the burrito, the entire piece of foil was stuck to the shell. Wish they had thought ahead and just set the burrito on a new piece of foil after they got the burrito closed. But overall, it was a good experience, and I am certain we will return.

Had lunch on August 27, no black beans and only two salsas on the salsa bar. Also the napkin holder was empty. There were other items missing from the hot food choices. The wife was very disappointed. Tried again and today the men’s restroom was closed. I thought the law required a restroom in a restaurant. Really bad management.

This Moe’s is very dirty and far from clean! The bar was covered in food and the tables were not cleaned. After looking at the food line, I decided I would not be eating the meal I was now committed to ordering. Workers are very disinterested in providing any customer service. Definitely will not eat here again. Employee asked me if I wanted to redeem my Moe’s points and assured me it would come off my total after my card processed. After my card processed, I was charged full price. So sad this Moe’s is not maintained, such a great location!

I come here alot to eat maybe even too much but the food and the customer service is unmatched. Maddi is just absolutely great, it’s not only her great vibes and beautiful smile but she also just told me about the apps and rewards I had no idea about. Definitely the best place to eat in statesboro.
