Moe Monday is a SCAM! They no longer offer multiple offers on one app. We took a group of eight of us and they would only give one More Monday offer to us since we only had one app. We ended up spending three times as much for our “thrifty” meal. The dining area was filthy despite three people working behind the counter and there was only one customer in the dining room. They mixed up our order and there were no lids for the drinks and they didn’t have cookies for the kid’s meal. This was an awful experience. I use to frequent Moe’s often, but this visit has deterred me from going again.

Food was good. Store was wrecked. So dirty everywhere. Apparently employees have their own table that is also trashed right at the front of the store. The windows are full of dirt. Used gloves all over. This place needs a serious cleaning.

Lol, I was going to tell all about my horrible experience at this disaster of a location, but after seeing other reviews all I can do is laugh. I am not sure if Moe’s is a franchise with indie operators, but if so, how could someone let a money making machine like this get so bad? At this point I actually feel bad for the folks who work at this store, mostly kids, who experience no sense of pride in their workplace, and basically exist in an environment of downward momentum. The entire staff needs to be retrained and someone from corporate needs to come through with some guidance on enthusiasm, cleanliness and accuracy. If you work at this location, please know that your community wants you to succeed. You only need to walk a block over to chik-fil-a and see that quick service food work does not have to be terrible drudgery, which is the impression you get the moment you walk in the store. We all know you can do better, what we’re wondering is, why aren’t you? Wouldn’t it be awesome to leave work everyday feeling like you aced it? Please don’t consider this a bad review, consider it a moment of encouragement. I for one will be glad to edit this review when there has been an improvement at this location. I’m rooting for you! For real. 🙂

Horrible and disgusting. Service was a zero. Chips were stale yet after we asked 3 times for fresh chips we were told they were brand new and there was no way they weren’t fresh. It’s supposedly Moes Monday and ordered a chicken burrito with only rice and cheese and was charged almost $9.00. We couldn’t even eat inside it was so nasty and dirty. Coke machine is completely out and was asked do you want it or not. Rude staff, not a care in the world. Moes get it together. At least use the $28.00 we paid to get cleaning supplies! DO NOT COME HERE!! Frozen burritos at the general are better.. Trust me.

Trainees can’t train themselves. With 15 people working and 4 customers, I had to let you know you were out of the meat I wanted…. Then, I reluctantly ageeed to take a meat I didn’t want and an untrained young lady built a burrito for a 2 year old. Not one person recognized she was solo and obviously not trained yet. Train your people and supervise!!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Although I was the only person in the restaurant at the time, not a single employee greeted me or even acknowledged that I was there until I stood at the counter and waited. The three girls working were all extremely unfriendly, with one of them rolling her eyes at me when I asked if she could break up the meat on the quesadilla I was ordering for my 2 year old. What a dissatisfying experience at a restaurant that is generally so friendly and welcoming.

Editing to add that the next morning both my kids woke up vomiting. The only thing they’ve eaten together in the past two weeks was Moe’s, and they both got a chicken burrito.

I typically order once or twice a week for delivery from here but I’m finally done. The staff is clearly careless. They’ve forgotten my cheese dip at least once but my salsa… it’s a miracle if I get my side of salsa… out of over 10 times of ordering the last few months, I may have gotten it twice. And I always check the receipt, plain as day days salsa, red sometimes green. Restaurant workers have gotten even more careless the last 3 years then ever. No wonder so many places are going out of business.

So this is not the first time my family and I have been to this Moe’s. First couple times not terrible. The entire staff quit and the store closed a few months back, which sucked cause we tried to go and weren’t sure if they were gonna open back up. However my family and I went this past Tuesday the 22nd and it was a waste of my $50 bucks. First the ladies were nice, however did not complete this order in a timely manner and my wife’s bowl ended up just being “veggies” cause she can’t eat meat.

Service was exceptionally friendly but unfortunately, service was also slow and inaccurate. I understand the slow service given that the employees were working on both online and in-person orders, and there was a constant flow of customers during our visit. However, they were also out of guacamole which was a bummer since we had already paid for it (ordered on the app). Plus we were missing a burrito, but they were apologetic and quickly made one on the spot. Also, maybe it was my imagination, but some of the rice seemed hard and uncooked.
