I stopped in for my first time ever and was sorry I did. I don’t know if it was due to a shortage of staff or lack of interest in job but I was so shocked and disgusted with the way the food area looked, the attitude of employees, the entire process was so disappointing. I ordered a burrito and it took a very long time for someone to acknowledge me to begin with. Most of the food sections were empty or near empty and looked like they had not been refreshed all day. Felt bad for coming in at 8:50 when they close at 9 and were starting to close up for the day but the young dude behind the counter took my order with a good attitude and was very polite. Had a small gathering at house and decided to get Moe’s for dinner. Wife and daughter went there and obviously with a small group of people eating, there’s going to be multiple items. Wife said she felt very disrespected because of multiple items, the employee not only raised his voice but decided he wouldn’t take the rest of her order.

The amount of food they try to NOT give you is ridiculous!!! The small amounts is not even worth going there! They have these spoons and they are giving you half the amount the spoons hold! I said something and they acted offended. I’m spending my money there and I should get what I pay for. Price has gone up but you get less food, makes no sense. STILL HUNGRY AFTER I ATE MY SALAD!!

I door dash food from here all the time NEVER had an issue. Asked my doordasher about the chips & salsa he said they didnt give it to him & to call them. Its free thats fine BUT they always put my $5 queso in the bag with the chips so i didnt receive that either. I called the girl who answered had an attitude before i finished explaining everything. I said well i do have red sauce she cuts me off & says “yea thats salsa baby” so i tell her im aware of that but my queso is usually with the chips & i didnt get them do i come get it or they refund me or what she said “take that up with doordash baby” so i hang up call back 10 mins later to speak with a manager its the same girl she says she’s the manager so im like the same one who just had an attitude? She starts yapping & yelling i ask is there a different manager i can speak to she says no so i get off the phone. I understand if yall dont deal with issues with door dash but most of the time its not what you say but how you say it. Being rude is never okay. Definitely will make sure i let everyone know not to go here since the “manager” has such poor customer service & attitude i can only imagine how the employees are.
