We used to love coming here until an incident happened that left me dissapointed. We came on a sunday for the kids eat free special and we sat down. The cashier came over and said that moving forward we could only get one kids meal no matter what and loudly with other parrons around said that she came to us because she sees us here often getting free kids meals. Per the policy its a free kids meal per adult entree which we always did. I didnt want to argue so I just nodded my head in agreement. Even if it was a policy change thats not the right way to communicate. Havent been back since nor will I ever.

We arrived at 8:30 in the evening, the lights were off but the open sign was on, since they don’t close until 9. We walk in and immediately felt very unwelcome. One was sitting in the dining room playing on her phone. They had an attitude asking each other what time it was instead of welcoming us. After we ordered just bowls, they seemed more pleasant about it. They already had bags of chips made, so they gave us our food and we left. After getting home, we see one of the bags is stuffed with trash and half eaten food. I have pictures to show for proof. This was literally the worst experience I have ever received from a restaurant. And it’s really sad, because I use to work there under different management and he would never let this happen.

My wife got a burrito bowl and i got a burrito. Got chips and one of each of the sauces to choose from. VERY disappointing to say the least. All sauces tasted artificial or way too salty. My burrito practically fell apart as soon as i unwrapped it and the Mrs. Was not impressed at all with the bowl. Moes let me down for the first time since they have been open

Order just wrong. Pinto beans instead of black beans. A chicken burrito with the chicken packaged outside of the burrito. Chicken quesadilla with no chicken. This was a pick up to carry out and when we walked in we got dirty looks on top of it all. I don’t know who is having a bad day, but there’s no excuse for this besides they just thought that since it was a carry put order it wouldn’t matter. Maybe in person would be better.
