One drink machine was out food was an excellent online order made in less than 4 minutes. 4 star salsa was different the Chipotle black cherry was excellent tvs were not working and no rock. Most Mos play music.

We went to this Moe’s in Palm Coast location, and we (as a family) always walk into any restaurant and wash our hands first. The bathroom (male & female) were a complete disaster. Pieces and particles of funk all of the floor and toilet seats. I immediately reported this to Douglas (manager), he literally went into both bathrooms and cleaned them after serving our food (yes, he washed his hands after). I think it was wonderful of Douglas to clean the bathrooms, but instead of having the other staff member standing behind the counter, Douglas should have sent his staff to clean the bathrooms (delegate as a manager). The floors, tables, restrooms, and other cleanliness issues should have fell on the “closing staff” for sure. I will say the food was great, will no complaints on that end.

Went in to get a white chicken meat burrito and they had four people working. The white chicken meat container had about five pieces of chicken in it and when I went to order they had just put the chicken on to cook. And said I would have to wait. This is not good managing of your food being prepared and I had to leave without my burrito. They also had no steak ready yet either and they didn’t even have that cooking yet. Maybe they were new people and didn’t get trained correctly on how to always keep a good supply of meat ready to cook. Hopefully they can get it figured out.

Horrible experience. My wife and I walked in 2 hours before closing and were watching Moe’s employee Ethan have a breakdown. He was using profanity, saying “it’s the worst day of my life” and told the customer in front of us “no one wanted to serve you, no one can understand you” because there was a small language barrier. My wife and I did not feel comfortable with Ethan being near our food so we decided to leave before ordering. We also talked to a family that also left for the same reason.

For sure the worst moes i have ever been to. Evertime it is this way. Apears to be a management issue. Bathrooms dirty (really dirty), mens toilet wouldn’t fully flush (was this way last time i went), one drink machine broke (been broke for a long time), no fanta soda (said they were out), no cookies (they were out), food was not fresh. It was just a disaster. 1pm and 3 people eating there. I can see why. I love moes, but this one should fix things or close.

The guy who was making my food had a real attitude, threw the burrito tortilla on the table and said what do you want? Meanwhile he dropped his glove on the floor and reused it to make my food. When I asked for a southwest sauce on my homewrecker he put Chipotle sauce. Then I asked for salsa with my chips and he pointed over to the stand and said “get it yourself”. He dropped my food in front of me like I was annoying him. Management needs to step in and remove this employee. I will not visit this store again.
