Hey guys so I was in Jacksonville Florida visiting my in-laws and I absolutely don’t know anything about Florida so we were trying to make a group decision regarding what we are all going to eat for lunch in with me being a picky eater I prefer more of a healthier choice and everyone was giving me suggestions and we drove past Moe’s I remember this establishment from a episode of Undercover Boss on television I was watching and I thought it was so cool that the staff as soon as you walk in cheerfully greet you by saying “welcome to Moe’s” that wasn’t just it the location I went to was so clean I mean everything was sanitized down to the T bathrooms were very fresh the staff help me make the best choice for my order which I want to say was very good so I ordered a chicken protein bowl with pinto beans guacamole brown rice no cheese or sour cream I was so blown away by how great my experience was when I visited always said from watching undercover boss that one day I’m going to visit one of these Moe’s Southwest grill locations, I’m not going to lie I was so hungry that I ate practically half of the bowl in the backseat while I was being toured around to see some of the historical landmarks of Jacksonville Florida. I mean the food that I ordered made my taste buds jump up and want to get married to what I was eating. The presentation of my food was a 10 it was cooked to perfection that was 10 and the taste oh boy that was 10 I can’t wait to go back to visit thanks for checking out my review thanks for sharing my experience with me

Went to this location specifically because I had my dog with me and wanted to go through the drive thru. Waited at there for 5 minutes with not a soul around. Drove around to make sure they’re open at 4:30 pm on a Saturday. Went back to the drive thru and waited again. Finally pulled up to the window because nothing was happening and the lady said it’s broken and she put up two signs. Well I don’t know where those signs went but they were not there. Got my food and the chips were either not cooked or extremely and the tacos were cold. Gross.

The portions were completely minuscule and overpriced, while the employees seemed absolutely miserable. The salsa bar was empty, and while trivial they had the music and tvs turned off. Overall the place really feels like it’s on the verge of shutting down.

Waited for someone to attend me and the employees were in the back joking around. If the food was good it wouldn’t have bothered me so much but on top of me waiting for a while in line the employee had an attitude and the rice and beans were undercooked and extremely salty. Just to give you an idea of how undercooked it was imagine when you buy beans straight from the store and bite into them, that’s exactly how it was. Disgusting moes I’d give it -3 stars if possible

I got a bowl with no rice or beans. As i can’t have that stuff. Paid for extra chicken and barely got any. My guac was all brown and nasty. Like it was a week old. The Mgr on duty running the speaker in the drive thru is really rude. I visited 4/12. I will never go back to this location as it is horrible customer service and you dont even get the stuff you ask for. Got no salsa got no queso no peppers or onions. If i could give my visit today 0 stars i would. You need better employees and management!!!!!

I’m afraid this experience really defines an issue with many counter service restaurants for late night dining. I pulled up in the drive-thru an hour before closing and waited 10 minutes without a greeting. So I went inside to see that the lights were out at the drive-thru counter and nobody was manning the window. It looked like there were three employees on duty with only one person preparing multiple carryout orders while the other two were goofing off and talking with their friends that had come to visit. About half of the meat and side items were available and ready so I did not get the dishes that I actually wanted. The salsa bar had also been packed away. Once I had selected what I could actually order out of the leftovers, I was rang up and handed my food, I had to ask for a receipt and it turns out the employee had not even completed the transaction on the computer and had walked away. I could have had a much better dining experience elsewhere for over $30. If you are open until a certain time, your entire menu and the full attention of your staff should be available until that time. Otherwise close an hour earlier and save us the disappointment.

It’s Moe’s, there was nothing spectacular about this location. The employees were pleasant enough, it was clean, and the food was relatively fresh. I do enjoy the fact that Moe’s also offers tofu, that itself would bring me back. I ordered the Wrong Doug with Tofu and it was great!
