Showed up around 7 to get a burrito I was the only customer in the store and they literally didn’t have any chicken cooked, leveraging the 10 minute wait to up sale on the steak. There were three workers non of them doing the basic job of keeping the bins stocked with ingredients. I don’t remember the last time they had onions or peppers.

Truly I wanted to give this a 1 star but i kinda enjoyed my food until i was sick to my stomach remembering the way the restaurant kept up with themselves as an establishment. First things first there’s no greeting soon as you walk it the door , absolutely pitch quit not even casual radio music . The juice dispensers were dirty and had residue syrup in them still as though they never washed them out . Secondly the beans looked very questionable and unappealing to consume . And lastly the employees attitude was beyond unfriendly and even attempted to up-charge me for things I had no reason being charged for .

Ordered Nachos half Chicken/steak. They give less than chipotle, and the manager told me “want double” and gave me the smallest scoops but yet charged me +Steak + Chicken. And when I tried to explain, gave the biggest attitude. If this is chipotles competition, they’re not winning so far.

Workers are operating as if they are getting commission selling a full price burrito. Downloaded the app for Moe Monday but turns out when you get to the register it says you have to wait a week for the deal to activate. Okay, maybe you just employee override and add the deal because the ads don’t include that detail. All of the issue could have been avoided. NOPE. The girl at the register acted as if she was CEO of a Fortune 500 company and the deal just couldn’t be done. What are you going to get fired because you helped somebody out? It’s a $9 deal. You work at moes relax a little. Anyway, I’ve been before and the workers very nicely gave people the deal even though it didn’t “pop up”. I guess it just depends who you have at the register, seemed like she was too excited to flex her little bit of power and deny me a burrito over a $9 deal. Won’t be back.

Protein Portion is to low for the price, they are very strict on how much they put on your entrée. It needs balance, no one wants a mouth full of veggies when you are spending so much money. If I order steak, chicken or pork, I actually want to taste the meat , especially if you are paying premium price. Stop cheating the customers out of a great flavor full experience, actually put some food in the oder, smh. If a person wants a border line condiment entrée or veggie option let them decide, people don’t like searching through their food to find the meat, especially when their are so many other options without the upcharge to get what your pallet and stomach really desire.

Went around 5 o’clock pm this location had almost no veggies or meats prepped and did not offer to cook any for the burrito bowl I was purchasing. When I asked if they were going to cook anymore veggies the staff just shrugged their shoulders and kept moving. They were not busy and had four staff members working that evening. The burrito I purchased was mediocre at best. I will not be going back to this location EVER.

I was very disappointed today to find out corn pico or sauté onions are no longer available on the menu. The sautéed onions are cooked along with peppers and you can’t get them separate. And if you didn’t know the new corn that they have has jalapeños in it. I didn’t know this until I just spoke to one of the five stores here. Very, very disappointed for the cost!!!
