During lunch rush they were out of a lot of things. They had some register issues too that made the lunch line take twice as long. Employees didn’t seem to care about the customers all that much. They’d talk to other employees while customers were telling them their orders. The food that I ordered was good that’s the only reason for the 3 stars. I enjoy Moes but I will go to another one for a change in customer service vibe.

I love Moes. I really do. The workers here are nice, don’t get me wrong. Maybe it is in the training or the manager that ask them to don’t fill up the bowls anymore. The point is, it is too pricey for not having as many food as we are uses too. The other Moe’s I’ve been in the same week made it right, so why should I come back here? The girl didn’t fill up the spoon for rice and not even for beans. When she got at the meat and place just some made me mad. I told her to place the spoon at least, the bowl was empty. They usually use 2 spoons of meat. Nope nope nope, this is not right. I used to get Moe’s for lunch and take the leftover for dinner and this time I didn’t even got satisfied for lunch. And I don’t eat much.

The most recent time I went I ordered online. I got there early and it wasn’t ready yet, but then they had to cook more meat, because they had run out. I had to wait an extra 5 minutes, but they offered me a drink while I waited, so I thought that was a nice way to make up for it. Very friendly and helpful staff!

Salty rice, burned chicken, and no cleanliness!!!. I visited this place first time for dinner and choose to take a burrito bowl with flavoured rice, dark meat chicken, black beans, onions, peppers, mushrooms, corn, tomatoes, lettuce , cilantro and sour cream. I didn’t like this place dirty bathrooms, no cleanliness, no greetings, and out of sauces (tomatillo, hot sauce, and medium sauce). When I asked a person at register he said it will take 5 minutes to make any one sauce. I choose hot sauce and he made it. I like the quantity of food, server was helpful, and lot of selections in the menu.

The experience was great. My nachos were perfectly made by Frankie the manager who started to prepare my food with great enthusiasm and attention. Jasmine finished my order up with a great attitude and attention to exactly what I wanted. As we were enjoying our meal the young lady by the name of Sadie came by our table just to check if we needed anything. They absolutely impressed us with the courteous, professional yet friendly service. Thank you, we will be back!

The food is satisfactory at best but the service here is disgusting. Every member of the front staff was on their phones, apple watches, or had ear buds in during service. I was openly ignored at checkout by an incredibly surly woman with no name tag who was allowed to text and make calls at the register with her elbows leaning on the counter for some reason instead of doing her job and finishing out my order and acted like I was clearly interrupting her by paying for my food. Brent, who I’m assuming was the manager given the green polo, had ear buds in himself and made no effort to rectify any of this despite a forming line. Avoid this hole, theres better Moe’s in Tally.

Food is good, but there always seems to be something small wrong with the order. Wrong sauce, too much sauce, no sauce, on the order rather than on the side. Small things, but it sometimes can ruin the meal.

Always a great time at Moe’s! The service was perfect, the food was perfect and the store looked perfect! I love it when a place is spotless.. It makes me feel confident that the food I’m receiving is being prepared in a kitchen with employees that have been SafeStaff Certified as it is hard to get me to eat out these days with Covid-19 and other illnesses floating about.
