Horrible experience I will never come back. Nothing was prepared the woman had an attitude and walked off because she misunderstood what I asked so another woman stepped in and dumped so much juice in my food it’s like I’m eating soup. They didn’t have ice their machine was messing up and they wouldn’t let me sit down and eat. Which was exactly what I came in to do.. horrible experience. I’m holding back the urge to walk in there and throw this mess back at them… great way to waste my money.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in Moe’s. This location had been plagued with issues. From incompetent and downright disrespectful management that regularly closed the restaurant early to relax at another business (thankfully they were fired and replaced) to malfunctioning equipment and outages. The soda machine has been malfunctioning for over a year, and the staff are instructed to take people’s drink orders before telling them of the broken drink machine, and will offer a 50 cent value bottle in lieu of the 3 dollar refillable cup the guest cannot use. If a refill is requested, they will charge 3 dollars again.

Moe’s sent me a reward for my birthday. A free Burrito is awesome. Had to redeem it as soon as I could. This was probably the best train burrito I have ever had. Customer service was top notch. Food was excellent as always. The only thing I would complain about was their choice of music. I would still highly recommend this location!

This location ran out of chicken somehow, and when we asked how long it would take for a new chicken to be cooked, the employee couldn’t even tell us, her answer was “I haven’t even put it yet.“ We left, sad to see another rose location going under. This isn’t the first bad experience we had at this location. I’m not sure why Mozye can’t keep their franchise going, we’re down to three in the greater Orlando area whereas I remember a time they were six or seven.

We used to go to this Moe’s location about once a month but the last 3 times we’ve come here it has been bad experience after bad experience. Last night my wife and I ordered a steak bowl and steak burrito. They ran out of steak and offered me half steak half chicken, which was fine with me. Halfway through eating this awful tasting burrito I noticed that the chicken was very undercooked. I woke up with my stomach in knots and called off work from how terrible I feel. That burrito cost me more than I bargained for. This will be our last meal with Moe’s.

I’ve been to Moe’s many times in the past, but the staff at this location in particular is honestly second to none. They were so friendly and kind and helpful. Not only to myself, but to a group of small children who came in after. They seemed to actually care about their jobs and have fun while doing it. Shoutout to the employee with the Halloween tattoos because they were amazing! (sorry I didn’t catch a name)
