I think they think it’s clean but it’s not. Maybe the place needs a remodel… everything feels greasy, broken tile, the fabric on the seats were disgusting- needs a DEEP clean for sure. The kids working there were nice but were on their phones a lot going in and out of the back room and standing watching tv when really the tables needed cleaning. I think it’s over priced for the experience it currently is. We arrived around 4:30 pm on 7/8/23. Won’t be back for a while, hoping they get it together at this location.

What a disrispect for the tex/mex style food culture you guys have the worst food quality I ever had and I’m saying worst than fast foods.. the steak bowl you guys served in my delivery ordered tasted like chemicals and the whole bowl tasted like a old tv dinner.. how you guys dare to do this… Please shut this place down and you guys are on Winthrop how this is accepted!!!

Went on a Monday for Moe’s Monday special and was charged $16.64 for a burrito and a drink. The food behind the counter looked pretty bad. The rice was hard, and the beans were dried up. This location doesn’t have the Coke Freestyle machine so I couldn’t get a Moe Rita (awesome drink btw if you haven’t tried it.) Overall really disappointed in this location and even though it’s close to home I won’t be going back.

This is the location that the Moe’s app defaulted to for delivery, and I’ll be sure to tip my driver extra to deliver from a location that ISN’T this one again. Ordered a beef burrito with queso and a drink. Didn’t receive queso or a drink, and the “seasoned” beef mustve been cooked in straight hot sauce. I love spicy food but couldn’t finish it it was so bad. Ordered a bowl with adobo chicken, there were like 4 pieces of overcooked, dry chicken in the whole bowl. No salt on the one half full bag of chips we got and no salsa. $40 for this? Don’t waste your money.

Service was HORRIBLE. Moe’s service is usually amazing and treat me like family, but this one was just mean. They were giving me trouble about having my service dog with me, they even asked me for the registration (which is illegal by the way) and they still give me trouble. I told them its illegal to ask for more information and they started arguing with me about it. After checking my receipt i realized they also they charged me double chicken when i didn’t even ask for it. Over all i felt SUPER uncomfortable this time around. And will not be returning to this moes. Food was good though.

I’m still on the fence about this place. I went there because I really wanted a chicken quesadilla. The food was cooked well. It was surprisingly more than I expected but it was also very expensive. The people behind the counter were friendly but it just felt like a high school hang out that day. The place just kind of felt sad to me. Maybe it was an off day. I don’t know.

Went to Moe’s for family dinner bought and paid for a large queso for all the chips and somehow it didn’t make it into any of my bags I called and they were closed the young lady on the phone wasn’t concerned with offering me a solution to their mistake and she didn’t even care that it happened she said I could come another day and get a refund and then she added that’s about all I can do for you ! She should be the employee of the month ! Never again moes !

Horrible place and food. It’s look durty, they have teen employees who are more worried to make jocks and fun of you than preparing your food. They lost my food for like 30 min no one knew where my quesadilla went after it was on the grill. After I eat there my daughter and I had really bad stomachache. I do not recommend it

I’m stunned by this location. I was told by the manager that starting in Spring they would have the shell bowl back. I was also told that incredibly easy for them to make in-house.I was turned away by 3 employees who said they don’t do that and never will. I don’t know what’s happening here but it’s awful.
