I’m literally about to be In tears I’m pregnant I order a burrito off Uber eats I pay 15.99 for steak just to bite my burrito to only taste rice and beans ! I open the burrito and literally only have 5 pieces of steak this is frustrating that you people take advantage because people aren’t there to physically watch you make there food so you cheat them when they pay the same price possibly more!

We got to the restaurant at 9:30…they are not supposed to close until 10pm. We ordered 4 food bowls. After we started ordering the lady said that they only had white meat…not dark meat as they didnt want to pull out a new one from the refrigerator. All of the rice was super old and was in clumps however she tried to unclump them with her fingers in front of us. The 2nd girl who was supposed to put the condiments on the bowls only gave us the option for lettuce. She had all of the other condiments and sauces closed up already even though it was only 9:30. She also had long purple hair & when she moved each of the bowls her hair went into our food bowls. We did not stay to eat as the inside was also in pretty unsanitary condition.I have never sent a complaint on here before however I feel that the owner of this store should know what is going on.

Disaster, Disaster, Disaster. Very bad experience. They are hiring only 4 girls to do the entire operation (cleaning, cooking, taking costumer orders and process the payment). The grill was literally on fire. One of the worker didn’t wear gloves. No soap in the bathroom during a pandemic. Lack of training for sure. Fix the issues before anything happen.

Extremely disappointed. For these prices I expected better. First time trying Moe’s and received a soggy quesadilla missing half the ingredients with barely any cheese. I live 5 mins away it was not sitting long. Also ordered a side of queso and of course it was left out. Service was awful and food was even worse. Didn’t finish it and am on my way to chipotle. Salsa is basically tomato paste… be warned this is NOT it. I don’t want anything for free but if that was a thought it be better served for a homeless person because I will never return or recommend.

Best stop for mexican food. We tried salad bowl and quesadillas. This place is above average compare to brandon location. We really liked brandon location but this place is also clean but not as clean as brandon. We prefer brandon over this place. Our server was little angry, we dont know why. Lol she was so in rush, she kept asking “what else on ur salad” on every veggie toppings.
