We love eating at Moe’s but we just did an online order and when we picked up our door there were a total of 10 chips in the bag (for an order for a family of 4) both the bowls were not even half full and missing basic ingredients that were ordered like pico, sour cream etc. the people there were horrible to my husband when he asked where the kids drinks were. We will never return to that location there was no one in the restaurant and they still got the order wrong.

Ugh. I’ve been to a location elsewhere in the past and have liked it but this one suffers from a lack of something. The food was not fresh, the dining room was not clean or tidy and the staff appeared irritated that we were there trying to get something to eat. The girl helping us never looked me in the eye the entire time and acted completely bored. The food was mediocre at best but could have been better had it been fresher/maintained better. They do provide chips with your food but I think we got the bottom of the bucket chips as they were mostly small fragments. That makes it hard to scoop anything with them. We ate our stuff quickly and left. This is the 2nd time we’ve been to this location and neither time has been good, thus the low rating. I like their food, but it takes more than just that.

I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to get orders correct . The last FOUR times I’ve ordered from this location specifically they have gotten it WRONG!! I ordered a steak burrito – I got chicken. Next time around ; I order my burrito without beans , I get beans, next time I ordered my burrito I GOT A BURRITO BOWL. And finally tonight’s encounter I ordered guacamole , the ticket on the lid says guacamole and inside the container is queso . Every time I go to pick up the kid working looks high as a kite and reeks of weed. I’m literally so over this place but it’s the closest burrito spot to me after I’ve worked all day and want something quick. Dear managment : PLEASE RETRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES TO LOOK AT THE TICKET. I’m usually so patient with these things but after working 13 hours at the hospital in the ICU I just want ONE ORDER to be correct !!!!!

Turned away 45 minutes prior to closing. Noticed another review said the same. Just traveled 9 hours on the road and was ready to eat dinner and saw Moe’s closes at 10pm. We pulled up and parked. The doors were unlocked but the open sign was turned off. My husband walked in at 9:15 pm and was told by a server that “their computer systems were down so they couldn’t do anything for us.” If this is the case, which I highly doubt, at least should have locked the door and put up a sign. Very rude to turn away customers once already inside. Also pretty absurd the workers make this a habit. I will surely pass the message to not dine at this location.

The food was good, but it would have been nice if they would have separated our meals. All of the chips were in one bag that also had a burrito and cup of queso. We had to split it between multiple people once we got home.

Good food filthy business. Welcome to Moe‘s! Fast service but they don’t like cleaning their dining room. Food everywhere. Garbage bins haven’t been clean in a while they were over flowing. I hope the back of the house doesn’t reflect what’s going on in the dining room. Love their soda machine.
