So after calling and confirming that Moe’s is closing at 10 o’clock on Sunday I drove 15 minutes to go and get some food when I got there. I was told that the computers are down and they can’t take my order. However, they could take online orders which didn’t make much sense to me. Then I told them what I wanted for food and I was told that the grill is down and they couldn’t make that particular food for me. (This is an hour before they closed.) So it seems to me either the person closing that night is uneducated in that case shame on management for not properly training their employees, or the person wanted to close early and didn’t feel like making my food in that case shame on the employee. So as I’m standing there like a clown trying to get my family some food I realize Chipotle is open across the street. One they were open, two they were fully staffed, three the staff was fully educated as they were able to give me everything that I asked for, four I wasn’t limited to anything on the menu. The full menu was available and five it tasted great!!! So I guess the main reason for my review is the next time you want to get something from Moe’s an hour before they close just go to Chipotle thank you Chipotle!!!

This was my first ever visit to a Moes so I wasn’t sure if the filth behind the counter was to replicate filthy street food in Mexico. I did order a few tacos and although I don’t have any complaints about the food I just hope I don’t get sick later in the chance that this food was dragged across the floor as that’s how the floors appear.

Honestly they should just go ahead and close down. I love Moe’s. I really do. We have had terrible service here before but now the food is awful too. Dried out burrito. Lukewarm food. It’s just sad. 6pm on a Wednesday and not a soul here. I know why.

Wow the customer service has gone down hill. We went in today and a teenager was moping around while the trash was over filled . Place was so messy and not only that but the workers were rude , standoffish, not welcoming . Idk what happened to the staff but wow . Feels uncomfortable eating there .

My husband and I went in for lunch today and not one table was clean. Floors were super sticky, this place was filthy. It made us so sick we couldn’t finish our lunch. Everyone around us was as disgusted as we were. I hope and pray no one one gets sick here. Where’s the Health Dept. when you need them???
