The service was good. Atmosphere okay. But the food did not seem fresh to me. I got the salad bowl with chicken, beans Etc and I got a terrible stomach ache later. The food seemed like it was sitting there for a long time untouched. I thought they were way overpriced for a little salad. Cost me over $13 and I didn’t even get a drink. Guacamole was $2 extra and it was only a tiny helping. I like Chipotle much better. They are more generous and always busy so you know their food is always fresh.

I do not recommend this location. Overpriced for what you get. $3 for a taco and they ration it like it’s their last little bit of meat. So sad that you pay for so much and get so little. Train your personnel to make proper tacos. Lost yet another customer. Sad.

I’ve been going to Moe’s regularly every week to two weeks for years… It’s one of the only places in Spring Hill to get decently healthy food without having to sit down. Today, I went in to order my usual (white meat chicken bowl, extra chicken, seasoned rice, black beans, queso, and veggies). Apparently there DRAMATICALLY changed the portions for the meats, because the first scoop of chicken looked like it would have fit in a 2 Oz cup. I normally order double meat, but even that wouldn’t have been enough with the new portion sizes. I wasn’t about to pay $32 for two burritos with 4oz of chicken. Ended up canceling both bowls and left hungry. Will not be back.

I ordered online through the app. Food was definitely portioned smaller than when ordering in the restaurant. They used the wrong lettuce for the taco salad ordered and didn’t get any of the salsa that was supposed to come with chips. Also the pricing has gone up quite a bit. We always order the same things and it went from $25 to $34. The disappointment really comes from having to pay more for less expectations.

This is the third time our online order was incorrect. We ordered two orders of chips and salsa. We received the chips but bo salsa. I repeat, third time. I called the store and the girl who answered the phone was rude and when I spoke to the manager (another young girl). All I got was “sorry about that”. We go love their food but terrible service.

Honestly, I really didn’t care for the food. I ordered two bowls with beef. One for me and one to take home for my husband. I found the beef to be very tough. I had difficulty eating it. I also didn’t care for the seasoning. It was rather bland and tasteless. When I gave my husband his, without me saying a word, he said the same thing. We ended up throwing two $14 bowls of food in the trash.

Normally I don’t have any complaints, but tonight I waited 10 min for someone to come from the back and take my order. Every table needs a wipe down and the supplies were at bare minimum by drink dispenser. The counters needed a wipe down as well. Don’t know what the staff was working on, but definitely not customer care.

Place was completely empty on a Friday afternoon , that should have been my warning sign. Despite nobody being there we were rushed through the line (workers acted impatient), half their toppings are gone… (No green pepper , no mushroom , no cucumber, no lettuce ). Prices seem to increase constantly , paid $50 for 2 of the smallest burritos we’ve ever gotten… Taco bell made these look pathetic. 6+ workers using the drink machines constantly and standing around watching videos on their phones while all trashcans were over flowing and nowhere to set it. Booth seats torn to shreds… Place has seriously gone down hill. We will not be returning.
