I was not that satisfied with my food. I kept biting down on uncooked rice, it made eating very unpleasant. On top of that I don’t understand why guacamole on a burrito is given to you in a plastic container rather than in the burrito…otherwise I expected the Jalapeños to be fresh but they were definitely from a can. I was disappointed by the lack of fresh ingredients and because the burrito was leaking my bag of chips was falling apart. Overall pretty disappointed in my food.

Average at best. The restaurant was not very clean and workers seemed to care more about talking about going out drinking and smoking pot then preparing my meal. The guy finally realized, after 5 minutes of talking about getting high, that my quesadilla was on the grill waiting to be cooked. When he did get around to it he just kind of cooked it and the cheese was not melted at all. I will not be going back to this location.

If I could have given this place a 0 then I would because that’s absolutely what the restaurant deserves!!! First of all the staff is terrible and I mean absolutely rude and hateful towards my wife. She placed our order online and when she arrives to pick it up she’s asked to wait a moment only to have other customers come in after her and receive their food before she does. Eventually she asked someone what the problem was and they said that they were out of that product so she asked for her money back, only for them to say that they could not do that because it was an on-line order so she left with no food and without a refund so I took it upon myself to go and see what the problem was and they tried to say that she was being rude with them but it really didn’t matter because the customer to me is always right, needless to say they gave me my money back after I let them know I was not leaving there without my money or my food. Moe’s you need to hire some new staff because the ones you have are young and mature and do not know how to run a store by themselves no one in there over the age of 22. Honestly it doesn’t matter to me because I will never be back

Menu is now smaller and more streamlined and I love it. The el guappo salsa is fantastic. Their air conditioner didn’t work very well but the coke machine with hundreds of flavor combinations was really fun to play with.

I normally get good service but tonight was terrible. It was one young lady/little girl/child that had a NEGATIVE/TERRIBLE ATTITUDE. I tried to look over the fact that she maybe having a not so good day. But after thinking about it…there is no excuse being at work and displaying bad customer service skills. So I left and went to Chipotle where the service was good.

I love Moe’s however, I need for the staff to understand that cross-contamination is real. I went in the other day and one of the workers was using the same glove to fix everyone food. Excuse me ma’am! Who’s to say I’m not allergic to whatever topping you’re putting on the customers before me food and now you’re using the same glove to put my toppings on my food. Please use utensil or different gloves. If the health inspector saw that I’m sure points will be taken off of the score.
