I have been to several Moe’s across Birmingham, and I usually love them. This one however was a little bit disappointing. The line was extremely slow to move even though they had several staff making the food. The food was also lackluster compared to the other Moe’s here. My tacos were almost completely just rice in a tortilla shell, with very little meat, and even fewer other toppings. The staff were still nice however.

The $5.75 lunch burrito on Monday is a great deal. Get water and not a drink because they charge $2.98 for a medium drink. I took away a point for this as it is just plain deception. They bring you in with a deal and then gig you with the extras. The food is good and the service is good. This location is generally not too busy at lunch time.

Went into Moe’s Sunday 21st Father Day. The person that was working African American Had her whole Family at Work.Babies and all. I tried to place my order she was very Rude.. I just left… I know times are Tough right now. If you can’t hire Quality people you probably should just CLOSE!!! Ended up going to Subway Great Service!!!!!!

I love Moe’s, but this location is the worst I have EVER been to. I was told I would be charged for something every other Moe’s location does NOT charge me for and the excuse they gave me was “well we charge.” … then they give me literally 10 chips for 2 BURRITOS, 2 SIDES OF QUESO, AND MY SALSA FOR TWO PEOPLE!!!!!! I asked for separate bags since I have two orders so I did get 10 more chips… Now I get to go purchase tortilla chips for my queso and salsa when they are supposed to come with my meal to begin with. Also, the salsa tasted like garbage and had no flavor whatsoever. The man making the burritos verbally expressed how much he hated his job through huffing, puffing, and saying “and so it begins” when lunch orders started coming in. I have never seen such horrible service at any Moe’s in my life. I left there very frustrated and then get back to my office to see I didn’t even get the $10 worth of food I paid for. If you want to try Moe’s, I suggest trying ANY location other than this one.

First off, I love Moe’s so im not bashing the food. But this location is terrible. If you want Moe’s please do not come to this store. They are very very rude, the guy making my burrito said every profanity in the book as he was rolling my burrito, the cashier was just mean and insulted my intelligence. Worst experience at a Moe’s ever. Will NOT return.

I like to have Earmuffs (a burrito bowl) on Moe’s Monday. Every Monday, you can get any Moe’s burrito or bowl with chips for just $5.75. That’s a lot of good grub at a good price point. The guac usually costs extra, but not on Mondays. Although for a time it was much too salty for my taste, Moe’s had since restored the balance of seasonings that brings me back. And the classic rock music theme is a sweet nostalgic touch.

There were three employees: one man and two women. The women were polite but the man was very rude. The customer in front of me asked him for something. He didn’t even respond. He just stared at her blankly and tilted his head to in the direction of another employee. When it was my turn, I greeted him. He gave me that same blank stare and asked me to sanitize my hands. Very poor customer service.

The lady behind the counter was very rude. I didn’t get her name because she wasn’t wearing a name tag. I understand that we are in a pandemic and the masks are required, but what I don’t understand is that you make me go back to my truck and get a mask, then come in and sanitize my hands before she took my order, all while she had her mask just over her chin the entire time. She is lucky I left a tip. Absolutely absurd, I will not be going back. Chipotle from now on! I really wish I could give 0 stars

Not a huge fan of Southwest style food. However, Moes is good quality food, quick, and inexpensive. The place ia always clean and the staff is always polite. If you like the type of food seems like a better place than average to get it.
