the last two times i’ve doordashed from here, they have completely forgotten things that I’ve ordered. it’s very disappointing. i’ve worked in fast food and it’s really not that hard to just read off a ticket or receipt like a checklist before it goes out to make sure you get everything. it’s very disappointing.

We were a party of 8 today, so the wait while they were filling online orders wasn’t the problem. The food was absolutely horrible today. I have never had bad food at Moe’s. The queso tasted scorched, the chicken was dry and the steak tasted bad. There was also a hair in one of the parties food, and the manager could care less. Just an overall bad visit.

Worst Moe’s I’ve ever been to. Only reason they get one star is because the salsa and drink were decent. The employees look scared to even put a single full scoop of anything in whatever you get as if God himself said he’s going to strike them down if they do. One lady ahead of me had the wrong meat put in her bowl and the girl literally just took her hands and dug into the bowl and picked out the chicken and put it back in the container. The chips they give barely cover the bottom of the bag and I asked for extra because there’s two people eating them and the girl looked up confused and scared to do it then turned around to the manager and asked what should she do.

This place used to be great, but as of summer 2021 they’ve changed their menus and remodeled their dining area to mimic Chipotle. The portions were smaller and i had to ask several times to add more ingredients. I was a long time customer but lately I’m not considering this place much anymore.

The food was good but there wasn’t a clean table in the entire restaurant. Seats were dirty. Floor was dirty. Food service area was totally trashed with a pile of chips on the counter and queso spilled all around. Pop machine was a syrupy mess. Sneeze shield over salsa was covered in dust and the entire drink area was dirty. All Salsa bowls were low and salsa was slopped on the bar. The kid that made our food didn’t seem to want to be there and he threw our food together in the bowl like he couldn’t care less.
