The young gal who helped us first was great. The lady after her was very hateful. She ask if I want pico, lettuce, or cheese. Before I could answer she repeated herself with a demanding tone and put her hands on the counter. I didn’t even get to pick what I wanted because she wouldn’t give me time! This was my first and last time here. Go to chipotle!

No more shredded carnitas (pork)!!! That’s an outrage!!! Had to get chicken which was dried out and tough. Chips are bland as only a couple from entire bag were salted. Less chips than previous orders. I used to rate this a 5 but no mo!!

We are eating here at Moe’s in Hendersonville tonight and the staff is absolutely wonderful. You can tell they care about their job and the customer’s experience! The manager is working super hard, if not harder than the wonderful employees keeping things restocked and the lobby clean with a smile on his face! Wow. Just nasty. I walked in here today, on a Sunday, which should easily be a much slower day for them and numerous tables needed to be wiped, the floor needed a sweeping and more like a mopping. The straws were completely out, and the drink / condiment station was a hot mess too. There should be one person who is assigned to keeping the dining room clean at all times, wiping down tables when people leave and checking the floor around them. Give them other light duties to do in the kitchen so they are always being utilized and earning that pay rate, but a guest should never walk in, take one look around, and decide not to eat at an establishment purely based on first impressions. A dirty dining room always makes one wonder what the kitchen looks like too. I ended up buying a drink to hold me over until I could get somewhere else. Probably won’t ever be back. Makes me wonder if this is a passive income franchise for someone and true leadership is never really present…
