Staff was super friendly, let me try sauces before buying, wasn’t irritated at all, and the food was really good. Definitely recommend them. The whole night crew August 30th was the best. Only edited because they wanted to retake the photo.

Stopped in for a quick dinner. We were not greeted as this is part of the job and it definitely keeps up the friendly welcome. The staff was rude and not one of them smiled nor wanted to be there. I observed 2 staff members prepare food for themselves and proceed to eat right where the food for the public was with the same gloves that just served the last customer. The employee did not wash her hand in the sink that was right behind her! She continued to serve the next customer’s food with her eating fingers. One employee was in the lobby laying down on the bench on her cell phone, keep in mind there were dirty table’s everywhere but break and cell phone time was more important. This established unsafe food and the food was cold and just made us decide that this was our last visit. Stay safe my friends eat elsewhere.

If you’re in the mood for some delicious, hearty, and affordable Tex-Mex fare, look no further than Moe’s Southwest! This restaurant has quickly become one of my favorite spots to grab a quick bite, whether I’m on my lunch break or meeting up with friends for a casual dinner.

Loyally going to this location for almost four years. Moving away and am going to miss the familiar faces I always saw when I walked in the door. Jill is an amazing worker and I am going to miss her friendliness and smile!

Bowls sat for a long few minutes while they worked on door dash orders……so I guess if. You don’t want to wait door dash it food was okay… steak was dry….queso all over the bottom of one of the bowls…..seem like we were bothering them…and no more welcome to Moe’s greeting at all.

Food is always good, but today I had a really awkward experience with roughly 1/2 the staff of this location. My manager and I had decided to go to Moe’s for lunch but were greeted by several members of the staff staring at us to a point where it was uncomfortable. The manager openly complained about previous customers in front of the mostly empty lobby about a slight mess at the salsa station. My manager who came to the restaurant with me asked to speak to the manager of this store to ask why he should be getting such looks, smug gestures, and remarks and was given a very dismissive answer, something along the lines of “they’re just kids” or “they must know your daughter”. Neither of which are reassuring nor assuming responsibility for the fact that this entire visit was an uncomfortable experience.

I’m leaving this one star review regarding to one of the employee’s their. Let me start off by saying I love Moes southwest grill and enjoy the vibe and scenery there. It’s most defiantly in my top five places to go in Spring Hill. But every time I visit the same worker gives me a problem every time. The employees name is Chris and he works on the front end. When I come in and visit I always get to hear a sly little comment from him and get skimped out on food. I understand with todays society everything is moving up in price. With that being said I would like to get what I pay for. He likes to make little remarks and asks pointless rhetorical questions. I always give him the benefit of the doubt in person because I honestly don’t know if he is All there mentally. My son was born with Asperger syndrome, and I understand how communicating and having interactions can sometimes be a problem for people on the spectrum. Another problem I face with this employee is that he likes to stare at you to the point where it’s just uncomfortable. I would hate for this place to get a bad rep, because like I stated previously I love the place and food. I hope a solution can be brought up to the problem, because I would hate to stop having to come here because of some bad customer service. Thank you

This was our first time trying this Moes and I have to tell you, it was amazing! The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The staff were all super nice too and the restaurant was clean. We will definitely be eating here more often!

Good food as usual. The one thing that kept me from giving 5 stars is the manager had a sour look on his face the entire time.
