Today I received some of the best customer service today. The 2 workers had taken care of my issue and quickly made my food while showing generosity. I wish I had gotten their names but workers like these should be recognized. I stopped in for lunch to get a chicken club quesadilla which was very good.

This business made my mother cry in the store when she was waiting for her order. they made rude comments and screamed at her for trying to receive her order after she waited almost an hour. The workers were understaffed and frustrated at dinner rush. that is no excuse to harass customers, single them out by name and bully them. you should all feel terrible. my mother has social anxieties and was trying her best to politely ask for her order after she had been skipped over twice and waited. in turn, she was dismissed never listened to yelled at and banned from the store. she never got her food, she ordered a burrito on the app online – would not recommend online ordering. I actually could not believe what I heard when my mother emotionally told me about the poor treatment she received here. She has thought over and over again about why they treated her this way and how she could have done better. she is a kind, quiet and respectful woman. my father is a veteran. they banned him from here without asking him anything. they screamed at my parents for asking about their order, after waiting, being skipped over, treated differently than other customers, singled out and intimidated. this business needs to take a good long look at itself. treating even one customer like that is inappropriate. these are people who were having a great day just wanting to eat a burrito and you terrorized them, made them feel insignificant, and hurt their feelings.

Always super delicious food! I love their burritos and their bowls are pretty good too. Never had a problem with staff. Their chip salsa dip has lots of variety which I love. All in all, love eating here with the family!

This was our first time eating. The chips were raw, the kind that gives a stomach ache. The food quality was very poor. Also, we were asked to leave while eating since they were closing at 9:00pm sharp. We left at 9:03pm without eating.
