Big fan of Moe’s, that is until now. Ordered 2 Moe meat Moe cheese bowl. For 13.99 each, it didn’t even fill half way to the top of the bowl. I don’t understand what you could even order now to fill this bowl up. Definitely better off going to Qdoba or Chipotle.

Absolutely yuk. I love crispy tacos, they have 3 for an order. I get 3. Took one bite, tossed everything in trash. Was the worst tasting meat ever. There was no crispy, soggy mess is more to reason.

I walked in and there was no one in sight. Eventually a couple of male employees appeared out of the back and took my order. All the food in the warming pans looked dry and old. I chose the freshest looking items for my tacos and nachos. Proceeded to check out and the employee who made my order has to get a manager to complete the sales portion. (Evidently they couldn’t handle money or taking payments.) The food was so bad…I took two bites and threw the rest away. Also the restaurant was extremely dirty; there were bags of garbage by the entrance. I was traveling at the time so I didn’t immediately check my bank account. When I returned home I checked my bank account and I had been charged twice. Two separate transactions totalling about 45.00 were drafted from my account. (My order was exactly $20.81) I’m sure I’ll eventually get the money refunded, but this was unnecessary. I just want to warn people to avoid this place especially if you’re from out of town. You may be used to a Moe’s that is actually run well (I am…the Knoxville location is great.) I should have trusted my first instinct and gone to Chipotle. (They were only accepting online orders because they didn’t have enough staff so I didn’t want to add to their work load.)

I really do like Moe’s, the service is usually good, the food seems fresh, and is made to order, and I like that they have one of those Coke Machines that has hundreds of options. They also have a rewards program that you can get points towards a cash reward to use on a purchase. Though my last visit I ordered a bowl that was supposed to get guacamole, and didn’t get it, so was a bit disappointed in that. Also, I like the salsa bar, but the salsas just don’t have the same freshness as the rest of the food. Seems to come out of a jar or something. And they don’t have any really good hot salsas. But I’m still a fan and will be back to a Moes in the future, especially on Moe Monday, when you get a great deal.

Definitely hit or miss. More times then not, the staff have been rude and it was obvious that they didn’t want to be there. The food is hit or miss. I’ve had some great burritos, and some burritos which were not good at all despite having the same ingredients.

I went in restaurant to order food and the server ignored me and I had to ask for her to take my order. She was busy filling another order but she could’ve at least acknowledged me being there. But for her to purposely ignore me was very hurtful and hopefully no one else will have to experience that. There was another guy there but he was obviously new because she was telling him how to fix my order. Very rude lady!!!

Employees are rather unwelcoming, no eye contact, seem annoyed to be bothered to take my order. Food counter was gross and food appeared to be old. Dining area was not any better. Recommend to stay away from this establishment.

Today was my first time at Moe’s. It seems to be a slower-paced version of Chipotle, but they have CILANTRO so they instantly won my heart. It’s awesome to include chips and salsa with every meal, and also give customers the freedom to portion out as much salsa as we need for the nice-sized bag of chips. All the employees on the line were kind and informed me of their deals on Mondays. I’ll definitely be coming back! Thank you!
