Let me preface this review by saying Moe’s is my son and I all time favorite restaurant we go there atleast twice a week to have lunch and guy talk. I’ve been to every Moe’s in the area and I must say this grand opening was terrible from not knowing how to make a quesadilla to half spooning your choice of meat and also just balled up my son’s stack and place it in aluminum foil. The management that was there seem more concerned about getting customers in and them spending money. It was obvious that the employees haven’t been trained properly. The great thing about places where you can watch your food be made is order accuracy! Moe’s in Brandon, MS clearly doesn’t care about that at the moment. I spent $45 with them and would’ve gotten better food from taco bell for $20. Just to think my son and I been counting down the days til opening just to be extremely disappointed

The amount of money I paid for that bowl to get a spoon full of steak and cheese. 14$ for a kid size dish. On top of that, it had a cup full of salt in it.

Editing this review to say Moe’s completely changed my mind about the negative review I left. They reached out on a personal number, urged me to come back and let them make it right! And that’s exactly what they did, the order was correct, the food was fresh, and Erin and her team were on their game. I understand it was grand opening and everyone was stressed that day. They Definitely won my business and will regularly have me in the lobby! And you know it was good when I didn’t even get photos of the food.

Personally, I had a great experience when I was at the register and they passed the ball down the line. It kind of fell to the side and literally three pieces of lettuce fell out two jalapeños, probably in like a dab of sour cream, and they remade the whole bowl, even when I insisted that it was no problem, and I would take it anyways so the service there was great and it was pretty busy at the time so I think with more time it will end up being a lot better if anybody has had a bad experience, I would suggest to simply give it a little time. Everyone is still learning the menu and figuring out the flow of how things are going to be done there , but I will say from what I saw. They are trying very hard to make sure that every customer leaves satisfied I will be going back.

I was very disappointed my nachos were the worst I have ever had. I have eaten at several Moe’s and no problem at them. Employees seemed scared to put stuff on top. I wished I had taken a photo. No tomatoes on the line, black beans super hard, it was just really bad food. I dined in and will not return to this one.

They are very stingy with the protein. I asked for chicken and they put a half of spoon in my bowl, so I asked for steak which they also put a half of spoon and charged a good bit extra. For a bowl with rice, black beans, chicken, steak, cheese, and queso it was about $18. The food isn’t terrible but it’s definitely not great. The first time and last time that I will ever eat at the moes in Brandon ms.
