Yeah that was nasty. The guac was rancid. Ate a bite in discovery and now hoping that I don’t end up with food poisoning. I usually only post a review if the experience was worthy. This one was but for negative reasons.

The service at this location today was horrible. The guy preparing the food was too busy chatting with his friends to even realize he had a long line forming. Then the cashier didn’t know how to use the register and then without telling us, she charged us $1 extra on each meal and $1 extra for using a card.

Just went to the Moes inside the Fayette mall food court and it was the worst experience ever! Worst chicken quesadilla I have ever had. The girl that took my friends and I order was higher than a kite and couldn’t even make the food correct let alone comprehend what we were trying to order. She was rude and gave us a lot of attitude when my friend who ordered a taco salad with a little bit of pico asked for some of the pico to be removed because the girl threw a big scoop of it on top. She was more interested in listening to her AirPods than doing her job. Both of our food wasn’t any good and honestly was not worth paying the money. My friend didn’t tip because of the poor service. I watched her throw salsa in someone’s bag and roll her eyes.

Get back on the Xooker app!!!! Why aren’t you on there anymore?? My friends and I probably spend a total of $150 at your establishment every week. The great Xooker deals and deal marketplace certificates kept us coming back every week to get a little discount and a loyalty punch. I had even earned a free cup of queso from visiting 5 times, and now it’s disappeared and I can’t use it. You just lost 10 loyal customers, and I’m sure many more. Get back on the Xooker app if you want to keep your loyal customers!!!!

Came here 1/15/17 on a Wednesday at 3:30 The place was empty after their lunchtime rush. We came here to burn an hour before the movies. Found almost all the table were dirty, either with food or leftover cups, napkins etc. They had plenty of people to clean off the tables. Oddly, I went to Q’uboda the next day.

Not really one to complain, HOWEVER; every time I get Moe’s SPECIFICALLY from this location food is luke warm, chicken is dry tiny burnt pieces (almost mulch like) and 8 hours old (honestly, maybe from the night before, idk). Staff is nice and efficient but food needs some TLC. Don’t recommend this location.

I’m a huge moes fan, we go there whenever we are in lexington… but it just isn’t what it used to be. Smaller dishes, less atmosphere, dirty tables… I miss my favorite eatery.

Was told they do not open at 1030 as stated on Google, which may or may not be a misprint on their part. Aggravating none the less when trying to get to go food for a sick kiddo. In general food not as good as free standing store by Cinemark, maybe not as fresh. Only one variety or salsa, unlike other location. Not the salsa I prefer, of course. My son LOVES the chicken burrito bowl and we go several times a month. Stick with the other location if possible.
