Moe’s is a great, inexpensive carryout/eat in option. The menu is pretty basic with pork, chicken and steak options. Basically you build to your own burrito, bowl or salad. Chips and salsa come with your meal. Employees are always kind. Service has always been fast and the price is good for what you are getting.

Terrible customer service. I recently went in to purchase dinner with a gift card I had received for Christmas. The gift card had over $33 remaining on it when I went in. I swiped the card the first time and the lady working the register told me it didn’t go through I told her it’s a gift card if that matter and she said she would put it in differently on her side. I swiped the card again and she told me my balance was at zero. I told her it’s not possible and showed her the transaction history that showed that at this location at this exact date and time it took the remaining balance off of the card which was 98 cents short from my total and that I should only owe her the 98 cents she proceeded to tell me I was lying that my gift card balance was zero and that someone had already tried this and they didn’t have money on the gift card. I told her I didn’t care what someone else had done that I was showing her the activity right there and it was impossible that someone else would of used the gift card at this exact location which included the store number and date and time. She told me that the date listed as 2023-02-10 was the correct date when I went yesterday. She proceeded to call someone else on the phone and took a picture of the transaction history of the gift card from my phone and after trying to argue for over 10 minutes tells me it’s fine her manager is going to cover it and just to give her the gift card that now had a zero balance on it. No apologies no I was wrong nothing. I understand that people like to do shady things but when I have the proof and showing it to you I shouldn’t be treated like a criminal.

This place is gross. I had to ask for my quesadilla to be cooked again cause it was under cooked. The worker from the back brought out salsa with no gloves and his thumb inside the bowl. And then this paper was in another bowl. And to add to matters, the cashier handled money and my food with the same gloves. I can not! And this is the first time I’ve experienced poor service from here. Foodies BEWARE!
