Today was my first time trying Moe’s. I feel it lived up to some of the positive reviews I’ve heard from people whenever we talk about Chipotle style restaurants. The employees were super friendly and polite, which is something I really appreciate. The food was good too. The queso there is way better than Chipotle’s. The only reason I didn’t give five stars was I felt their menu was a bit limited compared to some other places I’ve been and I do feel the portion sizes could have been a little bigger given the price. But overall it was a positive experience and I honestly think I’ll go there over chipotle.

I think Moe’s as a franchise is in trouble. We’ve given up on the Canton location, there is never enough staff nor fresh food ready to serve. This is exactly what was experienced this past weekend at the Howe Ave location. A nearly vacant store, and one guy trying to run the whole thing including the online orders that kept coming out of the receipt printer. It’s not fair to put one person in that position, he was set up for failure. I stood for 10 mins behind a party of two that was waiting to order, and as I opened a coupon on my app, it warned that it would expire in 10 mins. You guessed it, the coupon blinked away before I even got to order.

I would drive past this restaurant and want to stop and I finally decided to take my family there for the first time. I told the guy at the counter, who I found out was the assistant manager on duty that it was our first time there. He created a great experience for us. He even threw in a cookie for my toddler and she was so excited lolShe loves cookies.

Just to let everyone know, all employees were fired today with absolutely no warning. The stores are all permanently (Cuyahoga Falls, Akron, Canton, OH) closed. As of today.

Great customer service! The food looked like it was out for a while so it looked dry. The taste of the nachos were okay. I believe Moe’s has potential however wrapping the food up when no customers are purchasing is essential.

I have been visiting this location a couple of times per month for more than a year. The evening staff and assistant manager insisted that the less than half full bag of chips was standard. Even when I brought this to their attention the only resolution was to buy an additional 1/3 full bag. If this was the first time I purchased this item from the store I would have accepted this, however since this has been picked up many times prior it was unfortunate they would not supply what was normally done in the past.
