We arrived 10 minutes before closing. The associates took great care of us. We ate outside in our vehicle. Which was fine. There would be no way we would show up last minute and want to sit in the restaurant.

The establishment was very clean, everyone was so friendly, and the food was delicious! We were greeted with the “Welcome to Moe’s!” chant that we all know and love, the gentleman behind the counter was kind and quickly made our order, and he helped me carry our trays to the table. As we were eating, another employee came to our table and asked my daughter if she wanted more chips to finish the cheese. She went above and beyond what her job entitled and was so kind to us. My daughter spent a month at Riley Hospital learning to walk again so she was nervous coming out, but this experience made her day and was exactly what she needed! Thank you too everyone working at Moe’s in Lebanon IN on 3/29/23! We appreciate you all!!!

Had to wait for our food to be made. Ingredients were just slopped onto the burrito. The workers clearly didn’t want to be there. Cheese quesadilla is $10 for a small tortilla and a couple ounces of cheese. Way overpriced. Burritos are filled full to overflowing and a reasonable price.

This place is run so poorly. No drive thru, and no sign saying there’s no drive thru, so you just sit there until you get the picture no one is going to take your order. Going in, the door to the right is exit only but there’s no sign on it saying so. You just walk in and realize you can’t get in line. Sometimes they just don’t have food so clearly management isn’t placing orders the way they should be. I like Moe’s food but this location desperately needs new management. I’ll be happy to change my review if anything changes here.

I like Moes but this location is the worst Moes location that I have been to. The staff does not use the press to heat anything. My taco shells were brittle and falling apart due to this. The food is often burnt. The staff also refuses to turn on the tablet during check out on the customer side. They claim it is broken but during my previous trip it was working they just refused to allow me to use it. The also refuse to allow you to redeem points and claim it is broken. I went to this location for the last time today.

This place is ran so poorly!! I am a regular customer and I can tell you that place has only had one good manager ever and they ran him off recently! He was the only reason that places doors are still open! I will not being returning to moes Lebanon without Chuck leading the store! The mother son team I seen in there is so unprofessional and just downright rude! No thank you!! Get it together owner!!!

Overall great food and service! Chips are the thin and crispy so not to my liking, too brittle! Service was great and I got The Stack (custome crunchwrap) which absolutely slapped!
