I gave this place a (well-deserved) 5 star review 4 years ago. I came back today and the place is filthy, the staff has their underwear hanging out-with their pants hanging down (which I typically don’t care about, except for the fact it was less than a foot from the food) , my food was burnt, the drink machine doesn’t work—there’s no ice and all the drinks are warm, and the staff has done nothing to help with it. Additionally, they dumped the scraps of a side on my food, when the side clearly needed to be replaced. The side was cold, minuscule, and there was not enough for my dish. The service was trash aside from the gentleman who made my food. Last, there’s a layer of grime all over the floor, so much that my foot is slipping wherever I set it down.

Wow!! Simply put, disagreed with worker, asked for supervisor and was given a disconnected number. Worker called supervisor, Kathy I suspect as that was the name provided with the disconnected number. I stood to the side and placed a complaint @ website while worker and supervisor spoke. Worker then went to POS, I assumed for refund. However it was a stall as another worker called police in back room. Police arrived. I thought they were there for lunch – lol. After hearing issue the police officer shook his head in disbelief. I quietly left and bid the officer a good afternoon. Moe’s is never on my list moving forward. Three months later…closed

Food was good. What I don’t understand is the ratio of the free chips and salsa. You get a 2oz container of salsa and a big brown bag full of chips. Either give more free salsa or less chips. So wasteful!!

We won’t be back. They stop offering tomatos, cucumbers and mushrooms and no shells for the taco salads. Those offerings were what set them apart from other places. Sad and over priced for not having those offerings.

Their food is really good and the only reason why I’m not giving them 5 stars is because they keep short ending you on tortilla chips. They also need more flavorful queso, and their salsa is terrible. Other then that, I do recommend this place.
