Part of the draw to Moe’s is it friendly atmosphere. Getting greeted is part of that experience. At this particular location there seems to be a standard of “I don’t want to be here” atmosphere. From no “welcome to Moe’s to the lack of serving size I’ve experienced the last few times I’ve been in. I ordered two separate bowls and the girl took what should have been a full serving for each bowl and split the different between the two. Essentially, I got half the serving size for each bowl I should have. Instead of causing a scene, I just took it. Chips being burnt and over salted was also become common. If this continues as a standard then I won’t be going back. That’s a sad because I I really like Moe’s.

I will preface this by saying that Fort Wayne’s Salsa Grille has ruined any other of these build your own bowl, burrito, nachos type of places for me for all eternity. That are simply the best and everything is made fresh and the portions are huge.

IDK what’s going on lately, but this went from my favorite place in town for lunch to a place I probably won’t go anymore. It’s just bad recently. Smaller portions, food isn’t as good, chips taste like they’re SMOTHERED in salt (and you only get like 9 anyway so that’s fun).

Catering, They claimed they were only 3 minutes late , but it doesn’t matter I payed for you guys to be there at 5 and it took us 40 minutes actually get up there for our food. And I went to restaurant to talk about getting some of my money back not all but some but I was meant by hostility and rudeness from the manager and district manager. I WILL NEVER use you guys again, it was my wedding for goodness sake.

My husband and I love Moe’s, but this Moe’s disappointed us greatly. Service was not only super slow, but we got maybe 20 chips per bag even after asking for more which has never been an issue. On top of all of that, apparently no one knows how to make The Stack at this Moe’s. Worst made stack I have ever had, couldn’t even eat is as a stack. My husband got the bowl and asked for extra rice and they didn’t give it to him and gave him half a scoop of chicken. All around terrible experience.

The steak bowl I got was fine, but I am disappointed with the chips and salsa. First, the chips were stale. Green salsa is usually my favorite, but I have no idea what they use in it to make it gross. I got the hot salsa too and it was just spicy red water. I liked the flavor, but it was the consistency of water and nothing else. Is this how it is supposed to be? I will not be going back here
