Zero stars if I could! Our family ordered to go & picked up this evening. None of the burritos were marked so my sister cut a piece on one end of each burrito to verify we were each getting what we had ordered. Once I had my custom burrito, I ate the small end piece that had been cut off first and then some of the chips we had gotten as a side. I decided to tackle the rest of the burrito, but as I went to lift it from the foil, I could see what appeared to be a hair. At first I thought perhaps my sister had accidentally shed a hair when she was dealing with identifying which burrito was which. I grabbed the hair and quickly realized it was embedded deep within the burrito. I could feel the tension and it moving under the tortilla as I pulled. Disgusted at the realization that it was clearly left behind by the person who made/wrapped the burrito, I felt nauseous. I obviously couldn’t eat it and lost my appetite. This calls into question the sanitation and health standards of the establishment. Why are staff not wearing their hair back under hairnets? Are they washing their hands? What is going on there? Gross! It had been almost a year or more since I last had Moe’s, and was craving something different this evening when we decided to order instead of cooking. Never again. When I think of the hair I shudder and feel like I might throw up.

2 year ago when I first rated this place I gave it 5 stars. Today I give it 3. And this is on the food alone. Service and atmosphere is still great. But the food has continued to drop in taste and quality over the years. Mushrooms (which I didn’t eat anyways) have been replaced with hard dry flavorless corn. And the rest of the ingredients have decline in taste and quality as well. 2 years ago this place was better then Lindale Chipotle. Today makes me think about never going here again and just going to chipotle. Not to mention chipotle is cheaper.

My favorite quick meal place. I used to be an avid Pancheros person, though as soon as I tried Moes, I switched immediately. It’s inexpensive and great quality. The friendly and clean atmosphere makes it easier to dine in.

Both times I went, the place was empty so I didn’t have to wait in a line. There were a lot of ingredients to choose from so the burrito I got was packed. The employee there helped me get some deals as well by downloading the Moe’s Rocking Rewards app. I also love how the chips and salsa here are free. On Mondays you can get a Burrito/Bowl with chips and drink for like $6 I think they said so I’ll definitely be going more often.
