They have an up charge for every little thing that you want to put on your pizza and then fail to put it on your pizza after you pay the extra $5 for the items. Then they want YOU, the paying customer, to drive back to their location and show them their mistake instead of correcting it or giving you a refund. I was treated like a liar when I said the crust was wrong and I was missing toppings. They said that they discontinued delivery but they want me to drive back to them, with gas over $3.20 a gallon, how is that doing good business?! I don’t think it is. When you make a huge mistake with the completely wrong order and then you want the customer to correct it…. Oh yeah, and all they can say is “sorry” well, sorry we will never order from you again. That’s not how you stay open. Especially in this economy. They wouldn’t accept a photo of the missing paid for “extras” ordered on the pizza but expected me to drive the 30 minutes back to them. In 2023, a photo of a completely wrong pizza should be good enough for them to refund the paid for items that were not received. Absolutely ridiculous and terrible customer service. They hung up twice on me and weren’t busy with a manager refusing to come to the phone. Beyond stupid that people cannot get what they ordered and paid for and are treated as if they’re liars when you try to get them to correct THEIR mistakes. Customer service is extremely important and I will take my money elsewhere. They’re not the only pizza place. Heck, Pizza Hut has better manors and customer service. Just sad. Here’s the picture showing meatless pizza when they told me they added it. They must be blind because I’m not stupid and know what sausage looks like and it’s not on this pizza.

I would give negetive stars if I could. I thought the place looked to nice to have to make an order at the register but that is not why I’m here. Food came out hot and taste delicious only to find coarse thick hair embedded in the cheese of my GOURMET pizza. And then to add the price I paid for 3 people. I barfed and will never be back.

Amazing place, but apparently employees no show. We showed up a few minutes before 11AM, opening time per the internet and their door sign. We started trying the door at a few minutes after, other people pulled up and waited. We all waited until 10 after and the place never opened. There were no people inside, preparing to open. We drove from Waxahachie, and tried Dough City instead, since it has amazing reviews. Too bad, this is a good place.

Oh my goodness! This little haven had some really yummy food! Clean and roomy to put distance between you and other guest. It’s also B.Y.O.B, wish I had known in advance to add to my good time. Cute and cozy patio to enjoy a good sunset with friends and family.
