The food was hot, fresh and delicious! The portion size is great. We order the General TSO’s Chicken, Chicken with Vegetables, Shrimp Fried Rice, Special Lo Mein and Egg Rolls. The lady that took my order deliver a very friendly customer service.

I ordered the Kung Pao chicken and it was too salty. The fried rice had no egg, no vegetables like traditional Chinese fried rice. If you’re in a hurry, it’s best if you call in the order ahead of time because mine took almost 20 minutes as a drive-up customer. I think their menu is too complex for a food truck. If they cut down to 5-7 dishes and master those first, they can get orders completed faster and with better quality. I can tell they were under pressure to get orders out quickly, but they broke some rules of traditional Chinese food cooking. I do like the concept and I understand what they’re trying to do.
