Staff was rude, not to mention everything looks and tastes like it’s about a week old. Eat at your own risk!

Good food for a food truck. Their portion size is great. Ordered Combo Fried rice many times and 2 people can easily eat from 1 portion.

I ordered the Kung Pao chicken and it was too salty. The fried rice had no egg, no vegetables like traditional Chinese fried rice. If you’re in a hurry, it’s best if you call in the order ahead of time because mine took almost 20 minutes as a drive-up customer. I think their menu is too complex for a food truck. If they cut down to 5-7 dishes and master those first, they can get orders completed faster and with better quality. I can tell they were under pressure to get orders out quickly, but they broke some rules of traditional Chinese food cooking. I do like the concept and I understand what they’re trying to do.
