In a pinch or just being lazy about cooking I’d say give them a shot. Just keep in mind everybody can’t cook everything. I got wings and an empanada, I should’ve left the empanada because I knew better. The wings were blah, if you ask for sauce on the side don’t expect for the wings to taste seasoned. Blue cheese doesn’t come with the wings, that’s extra. The Owner (I’m guessing that’s who he is) was nice and provided good service. Really 2.5 but I rounded up.

Not sure what happened. Placed an order at 9:50 pm was told it was going to be 45 minutes. It’s now 11:30 pm. I’m less than a mile away. Tried to call to see what was going on. No-one answered the phone. Now I’m going to bed. This would’ve been my first time ordering from this place.

Absolute worst customer service ever. Think twice before spending any thing there. I called just trying to pick up some chicken wings on my way home. Fat mean spirited women at counter named leslie laughed in my face well I showed the manager on duty phone call. I sat on hold almost 13 minutes just trying to place a to go order. I hope they doing good because they cant be bothered to answer phone after they say please hold. Great work. Really great work.

Awesome greeting when I entered the store. Great explanation of shrimp dinner and shrimp basket. Didnt take long for my food to be done and ready. Great size shrimp, huge portion of fries. Clean restaurant with reasonable prices. Definitely will come again and I do recommend this one located on Lyell and Glide.

Absolutely horrible! I usually only go to this location but after last night I will NEVER go again. I am a loyal customer until last night. Pizza and wings sat for 45 mins before delivered because the OWNER didn’t want to do his job and that came right from the MANAGER! The manager said she wouldn’t even eat the food because of how cold and soggy it was. The owner refused to have it remade or refund. I even have him a slice and showed him the food when he dropped it off and instead he was trying to get my friend to come SLEEP with him. Perv!

I placed an order for a calzone. Arrived at the store in the 35 minutes they asked for. They had not even begun to make my order because their pizza dough was frozen… at a pizza place. They hadn’t even bothered to call me about the delay. it is sad that their terrible business will mean I’ll now have to drive out to the suburbs for a more professional and competent restaurant. My advice, visit Tony’s Birdland on Dewey.

The food is great the service is questionable I placed an order July 31st at 10:06 p.m paid for my food when I ordered it. I was told an hour and a half I got through at 11:45 was put on hold for 5 minutes had to call back I was told they were closed but my order was on its way I called back at 12:05 a.m. now they are closed and I was told they were supposed to call me and tell me they didn’t have meatballs for the meatball sub they never did and said they didn’t know how to refund my money to my card so I waited two hours for food I ordered and paid for it and I never received the week before I ordered I was told 45 minutes 2 hours later I got my food not impressed with the service and now I find out from a former employee there’s maggots in the kitchen not good for business guys
