I have been a regular customer (I’m more reliable than the mail even) since 2011 when you still had the hut by Ward. Your prices are getting outrageous with no increase to your server’s pay. I can get a large signature latte from Dunkin for $5.50. Today, I was charged $6.53 for the same size latte from you guys. Please explain why my espresso, water, and vanilla powder (which costs less than $3/lb) drink is worth an entire hour of labor for your baristas.

Love the coffee here! Always has different flavor options – employee variations or just creative ones that are always tasty! Was super excited that they had a pumpkin spice cold brew option with oat milk – everywhere else is always with cows milk (I’m lactose sensitive, not just picky). No matter the location, workers are always cheerful and polite.

Good drinks, some yummy treats, and friendly service. This was my first time visiting the little Moka drive through (it’s drive through only). It’s positioned perfectly for employees and visitors to the Gunderson clinic. They’ve got lots of options for drink combinations. The young lady at the window greeted me with a friendly smile and helped me decide what I wanted. I will definitely be visiting again.

There was a bit of a line when I pulled up but one of the employees was so sweet and came out in the cold to take people’s orders so they could get started on our drinks. When I got to the window the employee was very friendly and polite. My hot chocolate was good. Finding a good hot chocolate is hit or miss for me. Lots of shops make them way too sweet. This was perfectly balanced. The prices are great especially for the generous sizes.

Ok, so this is a painful review for me. I’ve been avoiding it for too long. I’m conflicted because it’s a locally owned business (my wife even knows the owner) but I don’t like the coffee. There, I said it. They do do everything else well though. Every time the staff is top notch. Always super friendly and helpful. Also the locations are always clean. The coffee is just weak in my opinion. This is just one person’s opinion. Obviously they are loved by many bc they have several successful locations. Try it and form your own opinion.

What a cute lil spot…found by accident when we were visiting one weekend…it was raining and the line was long, so we were reluctant. But to our surprise a young kind boy came out n took our order in line, in the rain even and was even running back out with the orders in hand delivering to cars.

Coffee is decent, but they get five stars for service. Their computer was down and they couldn’t take our card, so they offered the coffee on the house. We had cash, so we paid as much as we could, but we still made out with a massive discount.

Luckily we weren’t in a huge rush, however one your employees literally held up the line and when they were beeped at, gave the person a nasty look. I love the coffee, but four stars for the employee who couldn’t bother to do her job. Tell your friend you’ll call them next time and quit holding up the line.
