Mole Mole food truck has a variety of delicious mole dishes on offer and I loved their food. The truck has a good location but only a limited amount of tables that are shared with other neighboring trucks and it tends to get very busy in the evenings so plan to wait in line and for your food for at least 30 minutes.

Loved the tacos we had for lunch so we decided to come back for dinner and wasn’t disappointed. Loved the Maria soup and the special mole and red mole. Ordered the chicken which came as a leg bit think Salmon may have been better. Loved the chorizo tacos and burritos were huge and filling. Ceramics used added to the experience and loved the colours and art. Reasonable pricing and definite come back place if we are visiting again.

Holy Mole!!! Probably the best Mole I’ve ever tasted! The portions were both generous and well priced. We were lucky enough to get a table, they are in short supply at peak times, it seems. Our group had the Mole Burrito, Chimichanga and Nachos, with Horchata to drink, and everything was in ‘best ever’ territory. It is cool that they serve everything on platters for orders that aren’t to go, it is a nice touch along with the edible flower. It was really busy for good reason. Worth the wait, and we were all so glad we went here!

For a lunch time food truck park dining experience, (when the weather is nice), this is the spot to go. Reasonably priced with items no more than $20, you will definitely enjoy what ever you get here. We got the soup and the burrito and both hit the spot. The soup was hearty on a chilly day in Portland, and the burrito was moist and never dry, or in need of any additional sauce.

I was excited to give this place a chance wanted to love the mole. The meal presentation was on point. Their mole varieties are unique, but they were lacking some flavor in my opinion. While the mole wasn’t my favorite, the birria dish was amazing! I highly recommend giving that a try.

The best, and I mean BEST, Mexican food in Portland. Incredible variety, and everything is phenomenal. Their moles are insane (try the enchilada combo sampler), but the chicken enchiladas verdes are my go-to. Incredible rice and beans are included on the side and the prices are so affordable. If you eat-in (either at the cart pod or at Baerlic next door) you’ll get to enjoy their gorgeous custom painted plates. Can’t express my love for mole mole enough. They’re the best (and nicest) in the biz. Adding a pic of the menu as of April 2023.

Loved the food here and was reminiscing of Mexico with their plates, food and Aguas frescas. One of the better al pastors I’ve had in Portland and likely the best lengua (which is hard enough to find!). And amazing bang for your buck portion and quality wise. Highly recommend Mole Mole!

Fantastic. Portions are large, and the food is very very good. Wife is from Oaxaca so it’s tough to find great Mexican in Portland proper but we were pleasantly surprised by the quality and service here. The prices are also extremely good. Looking forward to returning. I also love the plates they serve the food on. That’s a really nice touch.

Good is 10/10. I didn’t even know I liked mole until I got their special here. I got one of each meat, which they were nice enough to offer. Sometimes the line is long but it is always worth it. Next level food truck option. Seating is all outdoors, since food truck.

Oh my! Where have you been all my life Mole Mole! I’m not sure how to explain the incredible flavors you create! I’m not sure if my pictures are doing you justice but both plates where empty by the time we left. Cart sits next door to Baerlic Brewing and you can bring outside food in.
