Since 1941 Molina’s Cantina has played an integral role within the Houston dining community. Best Mexican restaurant ever! They have amazing service and always make sure you are refilled with drinks and chips. They have 3 standard kinds of dips that come as an appetizer included with your meals when you arrive and they are so good. I ordered the grilled fish tacos and they are amazing. I highly recommend this dish perfect size and flavor. Our server Natalia was great. The staff is very friendly and the experience here is great! 1000/10

Wonderful experience! The food was delicious, and the staff were great! We came for Sunday lunch with a few small children, and our waiter was patient and kind with them. Having a margarita and fajitas while my kids happily colored and ate was a decadent experience!

Our first, but definitely not out last visit… everything was amazing. The food was fresh and delicious and the service was phenomenal. We tried the fajita nachos and the chicken mole enchiladas… both excellent. Highly recommend and can’t wait to visit again.

I am currently eating the most mediocre chicken verde enchiladas of life and I got them from Molina’s. We’ve ordered to-go from here several times before — it’s close to home — but every time I’m left wanting more, especially more flavor. If you’re looking for some really delicious Tex Mex, look elsewhere. Molina’s is decent at its best and downhill from there.

Brendan was my server today. He was AWESOME!! I’m in biz development so I’m always looking out for reasons to post a review. If I don’t receive above and beyond service I don’t go post a bad review, I just don’t go back. However, when I do receive above average service I love to give credit where credit is due. Brendan nailed it!!! Attentive, knowledgeable, patient and more so went above and beyond to provide a great experience. Food was AMAZING too but in all honesty my rating is based on my experience with this young man. I have poor eyesight and asked him a question about what they were making in the kitchen. They are so confident in the cleanliness of their kitchen they have windows where you can see the food being prepared/cooked. At first glance (again my eyes are old) it looked like shrimp. Lol. He let me know it was a cookie along with sharing the process it took to create them. When he brought my bill he brought a sample of the cookie complimentary. Molinas your food is great, service is amazing. Great experience every time. HIGHLY recommend

This place has potential, but the food just sucks…….I don’t want to bash anyone here, but really this was the worst Mexican Tex-Mex food I have ever had. It was bland, barely seasoned, and just not good. I want these guys to fix this. It is a great location, and such huge potential if you just had good Mexican food. I had the deluxe dinner, my wife had the flautas. Wait staff was fine, and drinks were decent. Had Mojitos.

I didn’t get to experience the food due to my order never being prepared. I called to place a take out order for a Berley’s burrito and 3 tacos. I was told it would take 30 minutes to prepare. I arrived 40

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Called many times to put an order to go and when I came inside the restaurant and tell the lady ( white glasses and high heels on) that’s standing in the host stand her respond was “ yes I know lady “ I’m not sure she’s part of the management team but obviously she has no experience in customer service. And working in a restaurant you’re not suppose to wear high heels whatsoever the first they tell you to wear sleep resistant shoes!!! Definitely NOT COMING BACK!!!

First time there, it was pretty good. I’d like to know why tortillas don’t come with plates here at restaurants in Houston/Katy. In San Antonio tortillas are part of the plate everywhere you go. I mean we (mexicans/hispanics) do eat with our tortillas. Then again i am yet to find good tortillas here in the Houston area been here 3.5 years.
