Great food. Not much seating although people do kind of leave fast. Great decor though. Good prices. Restrooms were clean. Upon walking in, you walk up to the register and order your food. You then find seating in your own. The menu is a bit limited though but it wasn’t a big deal for me in this case

Upon entering, grab a menu and order & pay at the counter. We had the classic breakfast sandwich and tamales and were delicious. Drip coffee was awesome too with a refill. Service was warm and friendly. Glad we visited, well worth it!

Since we had our dogs with us, we opted to sit outside and fortunately, the West side had great shade!!! There was even a self-serve container of ice water outside the door so we could re-fill our water glasses, and a of water bowl for our puppies!!! We were there on a Monday, around 9 am, so food came out promptly. Staff are very friendly, courteous and helpful! Bathrooms are neat, clean and very quaint! The Pappas Rancheros were very well seasoned, and since I try to minimize the addition of salt to my food over the years, it stood out. Not to the point where I didn’t finish them, they didn’t need any more…but the seasonings were great! The tamales were fantastic, despite not showing quite so fancy to the eye. The young woman who took my order pointed out a small sign providing some details as to the ingredients and indicating that they’re a little hot, didn’t deter me, although I did warn my wife about it, she enjoyed them with me and found they weren’t as hot as had been anticipated, but they did have a little kick. The Roasted Carrot Granola (not sure I have it correct,) was amazing. In fact, the evening prior, we had dinner at La Petite Grocery, and our server, Hannah, had recommended this spot as a breakfast option, and had waxed eloquently about the granola. Needless to say, it was spot on!!! I know we’ll be back in NOLA in the future, Molly’s Rise and Shine will be on our list!!!

Molly’s Rise and Shine made my morning -the spicy chicken sandwich was delicious and as advertised. Sweet tea was divine. Plenty of space inside and out, complete with water bowls for pups. My sister had the grand slam and didn’t complain. Judging everyone’s reaction in the party, and clean plates, I’d argue we all made the proper selection. Everything on the menu seems delicious -because it is. Love the laid back vibe. Can’t wait to stop by again

Molly’s was yummy! It’s a cute, quirky little spot filled with retro decor and relaxed vibes. My breakfast sandwich was tasty but the real star of the show was the cheesy grits…absolute perfection! I also really enjoyed my iced chai!

We arrived at 9.30 on a Saturday and it was very quiet. By the time we received our food there was a queue out the door! Very popular. It’s not your usual brunch choices, I found it difficult to pick something i wanted. But the chicken biscuits were lovely – though very spicy!!

What a lovely place. Friendly staff, lovely hipster vibe and the fried chicken biscuit was heavenly. The grits are more of an acquired taste but you have to try these things when in NOLA!

IYKYK. There’s literally nothing on the menu at Molly’s Rise and Shine that’s not delightful. In a city loaded with some of the most indulgent and incredible food in the US, Molly’s is a consistent hit every time it’s recommended.

Fun place for breakfast and lunch. Had the biscuit sandwich and the yogurt. Both were delicious! And we had the homemade pop tart. Fun to eat and only slightly better than the grocery store kind.
