The good is very good. The skin of fried xiaolongbao is crispy and inside is juicy. Dry fired bean is also tasted. My kid ate a lot of food in this restaurant.

ABSOLUTELY wonderful experience! There dumplings were DE-LICIOUS, and the housemade chow mein with hand-pulled noodles was the best I’ve every had. Humble place with great food!

The lunch I had here was one of the best among recent lunches. I try out new restaurants as I work from home and wanna get some fresh air + nice food during lunch.

Nice addition to P town. XLB is juicy. Pot stickers are crunchy. Pan fried pork bao is a bit greasy. Food is a bit pricey, I guess inflation is unavoidable. Great to have another dumpling choice. Located at Shopping center. Plenty it parking spaces.

Tina (owner) is by far one of the most accommodating individuals. Everything is so fresh, it’s like you’re personal chef cooking to your specifications. She welcomes you into her restaurant as though she was welcoming you into her home. Great food, intimate atmosphere, and great conversation with Tina! Every time we visit Yat Sing, we order her chicken, shrimp with veggie soup, extra spicy! And her foil wrapped chicken is a great appetizer (she won’t share the recipe, I’ve asked!). Her egg rolls have the perfect balance of crunch and flavor. And her curry chicken can’t be beat! She can make the spice level to your liking and then gives you a side of chili that is a great addition if it’s not spicy enough. We are regulars and always look forward to our next visit!

Herro, best Chinese food I’ve had outside China. The beef noodle soup has the broth that is rich and deep. The noodles are made in house allowing them to have that firm bite you can’t get any other way. We had fried rice, beef noodle soup, soup dumplings, and pan fried soup dumplings. I’ve lived in Asia for the last twelve years. This place has brought some of that to the area.

The restaurant is smelling and tiny. The price is high. The price was about 1/3 higher than a regular restaurant. We paid $45 for 1 fried rice, 1 dumpling dish (8 dumplings), and 1 scallion pancake (2 small scallion pancakes). There were only two or three customers in there, even though it was Saturday at noon. The food tasted plain, not good at all. I only like scallion pancakes and nothing else. I don’t know how they survive if they don’t improve their food.

Finally, an authentic Chinese restaurant in Pleasanton that brings back memories of the flavors that I experienced from my mother’s cooking when I was a kid. The Pork Xiao Long Bao was made with a thin, delicate skin with a tasty broth that fills your mouth on your first bite; The Pan Fried Pork Bao were a nice surprise; The Shiitake Mushroom and Chicken Dumpling reminded me of my mother’s dumplings; The noodles from the Braised Beef Brisket Noodle were cooked just right (nice and chewy) and the beef brisket was tender with just the right amount of gristle; and Finally, the Taiwan Popcorn Chicken also reminded me of a treat that my mother used to make.
