Literally came here twice on our weekend trip to LA because it is SO DAMN GOOD. The owners put a lot of love and thought into their food. Not only will they make you any custom roll you want, they are knowledgeable and willing to share where their fish comes from. This was honestly some of the best sushi I have had, and I am a sushi die hard. Everything was delicious but the lion king and happy valley where my fav.

What a great experience! The restaurant is a no frills establishment that obviously focuses on what is really important, outstanding food served by people that exude kindness. I went here because of all the great reviews which are obviously well deserved. I started with one of the lunch specials, but the sashimi platter was outstanding. I had a late lunch so the chef had and took the time to come out to describe some of the cuts.
